Absolute rubbish, avoid at all costs, do not stand behind their pathetic 5 year warranty, instead try to blame installer, despite same rads being fitted upstairs having no problems. I believe it was a bad batch and so does my qualified heating engineer, I had 3 fail out of 8 and all I was offered was 10% off replacements. Obviously went with different manufacturer/supplier 2018

Customer Service and then some....
I had the most fantastic service I think I have ever received froma company. I received incorrect information regarding the height of two radiators (they were too high) which needed replacing and needed to source two small black radiators pretty quick. Geyser was the only company that had the height and width I was looking for. The company usually deliverse in 2 days but I was able to get next day delivery which was pretty impressive. Not only that, the driver from the courier company, Pitacs was equally fantastic as he took the two radiators up the 2 flights of stairs for me. Very, very impressed all round. Will definitely recommend this company. Thank you very Geyser

Fabulous quality radiators
Fabulous quality radiators. Recommended by a friend I have found these radiators to be a cut above others in their field.. Douglas was knowledgeable and very easy to talk to.. he made some sound recommendations. I will definitely use Geyser again for future projects

Very poor after service, no customer care.
Show room is no longer open, On Line only. I tried reporting a faulty valve that is obviously a manufacturing fault. Despite numerous emails I didn't get reply. I eventually got through on the phone. Customer Care after service was no existent. Despite photos showing the valuve, which had cracked & shattered from the inside, they said it had been banged & damaged. Radiator is above a real wood polished floor, thats only cleaned by hand, no damage what's so every to pipes or valve. They paid lip service to my call, feels very much like they only want the cash from a sale, & nothing to do with after service customer care. I have still had no correspondence from Geyser. VERY POOR.

Delivery was slow- down to the couriers…
Delivery was slow- down to the couriers pre-Christmas, apparently. But was disappointing as I had a couple of electricians on site to install them. The goods did eventually turn up just in time. One box was squashed - the courier was quite rude and insisted that we couldn't open the box to inspect the goods - he said our only choice was to reject the delivery. As the electricians were waiting, I took a chance. The smaller box inside was also squashed, but thankfully the goods were OK.

I ordered a large column radiator…
I ordered a large column radiator online. The customer service was excellent, delivery was quick and very helpful staff on the phone.
Radiator although only been on for 2 weeks is great so far, looks high quality and gives off loads of heat.
Definitely recommend them.

Designer radiator delivered in 3…
Designer radiator delivered in 3 working days, by a smiling courier. Had a leak at the bleed valve, so they posted out a replacement bleed valve assembly overnight. Overall excellent.
Two things for improvement:
1. Their website doesn't provide any advice as to how long delivery will take when you place an order; had to email customer services after placing the order to get an estimated delivery date.
2. They don't pick up the phone when you call Customer Services, they do however reply to emails to Customer Service very quickly.

We apologise that you could not reach us on phone when you tried to call us, we are working with a reduced team at the minute so we can remain distanced but we are putting systems in place so we can take more calls at one time.
We would love to be able to advertise our delivery times on our website (as we offer a very fast service!) but unfortunately due to the complexity of our products we have to use multiple couriers depending on customer location and the type and weight of the product ordered. This means that we can not offer a blanket lead time for all orders. Hopefully in 2021 we will be able to streamline logistics to make this simpler.

Attractive, functional towel rail
Good product, clear instructions. Only slight minus is it was advertised as having a 400w heating element but came with 300w. It works fine, I guess it would have heated up to required temperature that bit quicker with the 400w.

Wouldn't hesitate to use Geyser again they were very helpful over the phone.The price for the radiator was very competitive and included delivery, unlike one of it's competitors who charges extra for delivery. The delivery of the radiator was very quick and they kept us informed at all stages. The product, a Champagne coloured high output tall radiator is well built and looks good in our living room.
