Genuine and professional

We hit a difficult start with our game…
We hit a difficult start with our game and had no choice but to ask GG Insurance to cancel our brand new policy (that had just started).
Communication with GG Insurance was great and we managed to get it cancelled with no extra charges, no fuss or delay on GG part. It was a huge plus because when things don't go to a plan things like that matter a lot.
We are very disappointed with how things went with our game but knowing that GG Insurance was helpful all the way we really hope we come back one day.
From our research GG Insurance appeared as the best option. We cannot say anything about claiming on the policy because we didn't, but as far as we got it was really good experience.

Excellent Choice for Video Game Developers

The owner, Phil Wildman, is a gamer himself and specializes in insurance for this industry. Plus their head office in London gives them an edge to be able to have in-person rapport with the people at Lloyd's. I feel in very safe hands with GG.
