In March 2021 I purchased mini crane from GGR Group for my construction company and I been trained by them to get proper qualification to operate.
I have to say that all team was very helpful and kind, help me understand all the aspects of works with the crane and continue to help to this day whenever I need. The service is really good.
The crane URW 295 - 3 is a new product and I found it very safe, impressive design and mainly very adjustable to almost every working condition - like tiny space, thanks to the variable outriggers.
The modern computer unit controls all the safety measures and not allow you to make any errors or dangerous situation.

Great – decent treatment and no friction or hassel

I had an excellent working relationship with GGR on the Olympic Stadium Transformation project, prompt responses on site issues with the plant hired off them, prompt response upon one day notice plat request, quite flexible in terms of prices of plant.

When on site, all GGR employees were excellent. The crane operator was very good and cooperative.
However, there was a missunderstanding on delivery. The delivery driver was dissapointed that he could not make contact with me at 07:30. Unfortunately I had no mobile reception in my hotel nor enroute until very near site. There were disparaging comments regarding this.

The lift supervisor repeated the comments to my Team Leader, setting a regretable work atmosphere!

Very helpful from start to finish first time I've used Ggr on one of my own jobs I subcontract to loads of glazing companies always tell them to get Ggr involved at the beginning of a job to make sure the right equipment is in place very professional and always on time. 👍

I was particularly impressed with the Lift Supervisor. His approach was very methodical, informative, sensible, and above all safe; to the point of being like a Military operation. From the moment he first contacted me (to say he was on site) I felt that the job was in good hands, with a “Can Do” attitude rather than a negative one. I would have no hesitation in using your services again, should the need arise, and would certainly recommend your services to others.

Being a "non-account" holder I did find the admin procedure could be streamlined - something I'm assured they will look at!

Good assistance given on pre order with rep visit on site to advise best equipment for the task.
Back up engineers response very prompt.
Communication excellent with deliveries off hires and collection

I recently hired an O95 and operator from GGR and was extremely impressed by the outstanding service and very experienced team. We where using the crane to install machinery onto a mezzanine floor. The lift was very tight and delicate, the operator was very good and use his skills to perfection. GREAT JOB DONE.

I had a complex lift to carry out. The machinery and the operatives supplied were spot on with their capabilities and the job was a success. I would definitely use again and highly recommend GGR Group.

Hired a spider crane without any problems. GGR were more than helpful in the info supplied before hire. The driver was very helpful and was a pleasure to work with. the crane was delivered and collected exactly when requested.

I'd seen GGR's equipment on site before but not realised the extent of their product range until I visited the website
I was looking for glazing paddles but found so much more and can see use for some of their larger machines in my line of work
The service was quick too as I'm away from home the paddles and hand cups were delivered next day straight to site meaning the lads were happy to crack on with their new tools next day :-)
