Very nice conditions. Very nice reception and nothing to point.

We stayed at GATT Gracia II apartment Baillen 222 in Barcelona at the end of May, 2017 (family of 3) and I am happy with our experience. We really appreciate the location of this apartment, nice surroundings (quiet and safty), close to Sagrada Familia (10 minutes walking distance), grocery, restos, metro station. The check-in and out was seamless. We received a map with the town and a few useful tips.
The apartment is well equipped with all basic utilities (small kitchen and clean bathroom, TV, wifi and very nice terrace on the roof top), looking exactly as the pictures on the site. I recommend it for the families with kids.

had a cleaning fee of 50euro. so i thought it the apt will be cleaned everyday.. but was only cleaned the 1st day. O_O

The building is currently being renovated and is not suitable for a holiday rental. It is noisy all day from 8 to 6.30. The stairs are unsafe and there are wires everywhere. We were not informed of this until two days before we arrived and it was too late to book anywhere else. Do not stay at 285 Marina Barcelona.

Polble Sec apartment is a clean and bright apartment 600 m from the Magic Fountain and walking distance from La Rambla (around 10-15 min). The suprmarket is 50 m from the place and the metro stop is near as well. We also walked to the harbour. The location is just excellent. Apartment has everything what you need (hairdryer, corkscrew, pans, kettle, tea, sugar, towels, washin machine). Apartment can fit up to 4 people (double bed plus sofa bed). We were 2 and it was perfect, specious enough. For 4 it may be small tho

This was a perfect apartment for our stay... People were friendly and very helpful when booking in and during our stay.. The apartment had all the facilities we required ... Great location... We will definitely stay here again ...

The apartment is big and location is great! 8 persons total but we only had 3 ..kitchen is bright and clean, newly furnished. I had a great stay with family there

Several steps to Sagrada Familia church and the metro, super convenient.

Only setback is that its not cleaned during the stay, which is quite disappointing as we havr to extra pay 110€ for cleaning fee that we already paid in advance. That is NOT cheap

Maybe should at least get cleaned every other night.

I recommend this agency. I'm be with more 3 friends at Barcelona, and they rent us a good appartment with a good conditions to stay for a weekend. The people wait for us, and they prepare a good file with recommendations to visit in city.

Very good flat, but sound insulation is poor especially in bedroom. Noise from next door is very clear to make me hard to sleep. Fortunately not every night there comes sound.

We stayed in an apartment near the marina in Sitges, it was well situated and had everything we needed for a very pleasant holiday, I would recommend Ghats apartments and will probably use them again.

We had a wonderful time in Barcelona! Very nice apartment.

We stayed for one week in the apartment in Sitges. When we arrived we were greeted very professionally and with ease could take occupancy of a clean, fresh and very attractive apartment complete with necessary amenities and all linen etc. The apartment was exactly as had been described, possibly better! The location was perfect for us, within easy walk of a shop and a pleasant promenade along walking paths to the centre. We will return!
