Can’t give enough praise to what these guys do. Such a great service at fantastic price. I thought my Wife’s 20+ years GHD’s had seen their last days and was apprehensive about purchasing a new pair as feedback wasn’t great on the quality of new ones. However, after scanning the internet I found this company sent them off and had them back in full working order 2 days later.

My GHD straightens were out of warranty by a month when the red bleeping light started. I found this service via a YouTube video and could not recommend more!! I sent my straightens off on a Wednesday and they were returned to me fixed before Friday lunchtime. Insane service. Thank you so much.

I sent my straighteners off on Tuesday, with a confirmation email that they received them on Wednesday. Thursday morning and I have received my straighteners back! Amazing service and my straighteners are now working perfectly! Would highly highly recommend this service! Also fab prices for repairs too!

Brilliant service - thank you! I found this company via Google after my GHD Platinum+ suddenly started flashing red and switching off during use. I sent my GHD’s first class on Thursday afternoon and they were received, repaired and returned to me by Tuesday morning. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again in the future!

Fast and reliable, always amazingly quick to diagnose, fix and repair. I think this is the 3rd time I’ve used you to repair my partners straighteners in 15 years. GHD are not the most reliable and it doesn’t help when the cat chews the cable! This time it was the new straighteners, and a new problem. Sent on Monday, repaired on Tuesday, returned on Wednesday. Amazing.

I really recommend this company! They will tell you the details of what was wrong with your GHD and how they repaired. The service was prompt and very reasonable pricing. When I had another problem, Mr Trevor gave me a reply immediately and sorted out.

The website is straightforward and really easy to navigate. I selected and ordered my repair on Wednesday, returned the GHDs that day and they were back fully repaired on the Friday - 48 hour turnaround is incredible. Communication and instructions were fantastic too. Excellent value for money as well. Could not fault anything at all - I would highly recommend

Absolutely amazing service, money well spent. The turn around on repairing my daughter’s GHD Max straighteners was impeccable, posted Thursday morning and back by midday Saturday. I was gutted when my GHD max showed a red light when I turned them on. I had a search for a repair company and decided to send them to GHd repair after reading some excellent reviews and I am so glad I did. I sent them Tuesday and they were repaired and were back with me Saturday. I'm so happy, mush cheaper than buying new. Thank you ☺️

Posted first class on Thursday afternoon a previously repaired mark 5 ghd straighteners on a fixed price repair received completely repaired set back on Saturday morning. Absolutely first class service would not hesitate to use again

I sent my GHDs off on Saturday and got them back, completely fixed and working perfectly, today, Thursday. The whole thing took less than a week. The service was absolutely excellent. There was even a really helpful video to show you how to pack the tongs to ensure they were not damaged.
When I placed the order I made a mistake on my email address. Trevor picked this up immediately (on the Saturday) and corrected it for me. They let me know when the repair was completed and when it would be sent back. Everything happened as they said it would, except faster. I can’t recommend GHD Repairs highly enough.

My straightners were 6 months out of warranty and had minimal use so was gutted when the red ring and beep started from nowhere. Found this site and was doubtful if they could’ve fixed . Well within 4 days they were back with me and in full working order - highly recommend wonderful service BIG Thank you !

I have bought spares from GHD-Repair quite a few times, and have always received them the next day. A really excellent service.
Their website is also a hive of information, with troubleshooting articles and videos, helping anyone confident enough, to do their own repairs.

Amazing!! I was desperately trying to find someone to fix my GHDs and most places don’t do the platinum plus models but found this page and they fixed them in no time! I’ve had them back for over a month now and they’re working perfectly. Great communication from Trevor and fast service! I couldn’t be happier. Would highly recommend!
