I paid for a initial pendant and chain 2x only received one and not to mention it suppose to be S925 vvs the whole chain is brown I do not recommend shop and GUU SHOP!!!!!

This company is a scam I been trying to reach them out abt my mosanite earings honeycomb they been js ducking and not wanting to refund my order I sent alot of emails the day I placed it I was tryna cancel it due to reading reviews abt this company abt delivery and also I never got a carrier or tracking number for my number never got my order received I want my money back

At first, I had bad communication but I received my grillz and im in love with it will be ordering again

I ordered a custom pendant and it was amazing I’m very satisfied with the VVs moissanite it was worth the wait thank you guys very much!

The customer service was amazing! I accidentally ordered the wrong chain so I reached out to them the very next day and they replied within 1 hour. They even offered to let me cancel the first chain that I bought by accident and replace it with the chain that I did want. And to top it off they even refunded me the difference between the two chains! Now I just can't wait to see it when it arrives!

Shipping takes a month or more. Customer service is terrible!!! They will not uphold their policy. Finally received my order after a month and a few days. The bracelet is too small. I asked for the return address to have a refund processed and was told they do not process refunds for items too small. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Horrible. 1 month wait on non custom pieces and when arrived the bracelet was missing stones and the necklace was the wrong size. They were responding but stopped. BUY ELSEWHERE!

My rings came to today and I couldn’t be more than happy with what I got! Really good customer service and support! I made a mistake on one of my rings and they fixed the problem right away! Not only great customer service but great quality too really nice pieces thank you guys so much! Will be ordering more!

I puchased several items for my son for Christmas including some moissanite pendants and some white gold Cuban link chain. After 2 months the chain is turning colors. I reached out to this company and was told the chain is copper and that's whats happen.. he told me i need to buy a moissanite chain. I WILL NOT EVER shop.witj them again..misleading people
I have bought him a fake chain off Amazon for $25 that Never tarnished. This company fake advertising. So far the pendants haven't changed. I guess because they "moissanite"

Bad service and not professional whats so ever i Ordered a product on the 1st of this month and it was confirmed. On the 5 they said to send extra verification of no fraud i did and still waited 2 days, just so they can say sorry we still Detect fraud but still sure did take my money, But they gave me my money back Pretty much saying my money aint got enough terrible place don't buy waste of time

As a first time customer with Ghetluxe, I was excited to receive my order. The price was fair and I even had a discount code for it being my first purchase. After waiting patiently for a couple weeks, my order finally arrived. The quality is fine, I have no issue with that…however, the bracelet I ordered was sent in the wrong size. After contacting them about it with photo proof, their response was to give me a $30 coupon. When I told them I simply wanted the item replaced with the correct size I ordered, they stated that it was on sale and I used a discount code (which they provided, I never sought out), so I should just give it away as a gift and buy another one. I don’t understand why I should repurchase an item I already paid for due to their mistake and have to take a loss on it. As someone who works in the customer service industry, their customer service was sub-par at best and I won’t be purchasing any other items from them. There are multiple other companies in this same space who would rectify this situation differently. Very disappointed.

Just received my two Pendants today and haven’t taken them off yet they are both made perfectly. I will not be working with anybody else in the near future. You guys are great great

I want everyone to know this is a fraudulent company I have all the proof emails, whatsap messages to show you how they work, I made an order cancel it before it gets sent out they replied saying that they cancelled it and refunded the money wich is a big lie it’s been weeks they stop replying and i don’t have the order neither the money back do i just gave them money for free please don’t believe them the deals and prices may seem good but it all lies make sure you never need a refund and pick up the right sizes because they don’t care about the customers and take ages to reply or don’t reply at all.

The quality of the chain I got is amazing and this my first ever chain and this is amazing quality for real. And the pendant did take month to make but they make sure everything is in good order as well. I will be getting another chain for this site.
