I am writing this review in regards to the return & refund of a pair of motorcycle boots which were far too small.
Although as an older retired person I found the initial online return process difficult to navigate, with help, once this was achieved the actual refund was prompt.
I was pleased with this prompt response & full refund into my bank account for the items, which hasn't always been the case with other sellers.
So credit to Ghostbikes for this, which is greatly appreciated & prevented additional stress.

No such thing as next day delivery by these cowboys, avoid at all costs

Purchased a pair Goretex motorcycle trousers six months ago which are not waterproof (have pictures of a very wet groin and back which accompanied my emails !!) I commute to Manchester on a weekly basis and Manchester not known for its hot weather !

Emailed them three times and was given the excuse the pants are not waterproof in heavy rain - strange no mention of this when purchasing !! Would avoid this company who like their products are far from satisfactory

Misleading postage and poor customer service.
Advertises next day postage with Royal Mail then sends with the worst courier in the UK EVRI on a 5 day service.
When you contact them they just don’t reply. Terrible company who mislead there customers.
The feefo reviews on there website is very misleading to. Feefo is an invite by the seller review company that only let the good sales leave reviews.
Horrendous service and company avoid at all costs.

Try getting a refund even after they have agreed to it writing! Chased daily and every time the same excuse ' we're doing everything we can ' .... except making the refund. Being local, i have bought from them regularly over the years. No more. With J&S and Sportsbike at the same or better prices they've lost a long term customer for good.. never again.

Wasn't sure which parts to order for my year bike, so I asked Ghost Bikes. They told me exactly what part numbers to order, which I did.
When I came to fit the parts, one part was wrong and didn't fit.
I emailed them directly, and through their ebay store and have had no reply at all.
VERY unprofessional company, I will be doing everything I can to get my £85 back

I ordered motorbike clothing they took the payment waited a few days then I had to contact them to see why order hadn't been dispatched eventually I got an answer to say they were out of stock no alternative was offered there customer service was crap there sorry was crap I now have to wait on a refund so I can go to a more trustworthy company the insult to injury was they still tried to send one part which they have put on sale don't use them use a company with a good reputation

Still no refund after two weeks.

Avoid. No phone line now. Emails ignored. Week to dispatch in stock item, then dispatched on Friday meaning 24 hours delivery is 3 days to Monday, use useless EVRI who have parked up the parcel and itks vanished. Other stuff bought recently also taken days to dispatch.

I put an order in for items clearly shown as IN STOCK on website for next day delivery - for a birthday present.
After 3 working days of no shipment, and no notification either(5 days in total) - I tried getting hold of someone - but their phone wasn't answered. I then emailed instead, and initially got absolutely no response either.
Their communication was SO poor and slow - I had already given up and gone elsewhere for the items - all of which had been delivered (next day)... well before I got any Ghost Bikes response!
I had even contacted the bank to see if I could recover the payment - because I'd just not heard anything.
(Other than the initial order conformation for next day delivery!)
It took another couple of days - to finally get an apologetic email response from Richard - to say they didn't have all the items in stock after all and would I like some of it?

Waste of time and effort dealing with Ghost Bikes - and so sadly I am now awaiting a refund...

I purchased an item listed on Ebay by Ghostbikes, and the name didn't let me down... it was like a ghost, I never saw it.

Ghostbike list items on Ebay, which they don't have, and decided to take me money but no item showed up. After contacting them, they said the 'waiting time' was listed, which it wasn't, and it was on it's way.

Over 2 weeks pass, and Ghostbikes cancelled my item and refunded my money. Magically, this item which was in the post, had magically found its way back to the warehouse and got lost. What an embarrassment. But it's not over yet...

I informed Ebay, which is slowly becoming a joke to buy on, stating they are allowing sellers to list items they don't have, but charge you for, and then they buy it from Temu, etc and charge you what is basically a handling fee, and Ebay are fine with this. Absolute waste of time. Better of buying from Amazon. Anyway, I digress...

Ghostbikes then contact Ebay, alleging that I have been threatening them. Avoid buying items from second-hand sellers such as theses. Complete waste of time and effort. Weeks gone by and I still don't have my item. Absolute joke!

Delivery fast and all products perfect in condition and sizes

Your webpage is trash. Nothing works. I can't search for a dealer not in my smartphone or even in my PC browser! When I try to write feedback to you on your webpage, when I write and i press the Space tab, the page scrolls down all the time. This is terrible. You ask big money for the bikes but you cannot test your webpage. You lost a customer just because of your webpage.

They are the worst bike company I had the misfortune of dealing the guy who runs the customer care has 0 people skills and is a rude individual arrogant individual. I ordered a £339.15 exhaust via ebay from. Them they sent me 5 x key rings not worth a £1 as if sending the exhaust then wanted me to keep this saying they will send the exhaust separately due to delay I returned it as otherwise they could have not returned my money or send me the exhaust then they said they will ship on the 26/06 when I inquired they say a refund has been processed, when I asked to reorder the item this guys say I cannot do it in the same. Price as I complained about their service to the manufacturer Scorpion what a petty man with a pee size brain how childish so called head of customer care I rest my case. Shame shame shame

Don't waste your time or your money here.

We have shopped in store at Ghost Bikes on numerous occasions now and each time we have had brilliant experiences with the staff members. There is a great relaxed feel to the whole shop and staff are always very keen to help but they don't hover.
We have been able to find what we wanted on every occasion and today was no exception.
Thank you for the brew too, it was most welcome 🙏 🤗

Purchased and returned a product that was too small, the company never refunded. Scam of a company, will never use again and do not use this company!!!

Had really good customer service. Team were very helpful. Ross was excellent and handled customer requirements very well.
Would definitely return back to do further purchase.

Great product (Black) Helmet, have owned one for about 2 years now, but noticed the replacment visors were getting hard to find on line,
Called ghost bikes today and Ross went out of his way to find one for me in shop, was given a great deal and was so happy that I called up to enquire.
Will definately shop at Ghost again, staff seem always happy to help if they can. thanks again Ross.

Lucky to get 1 star can not leave 0 starts very a poor customer service blame evri for next days service so pass the fault on will never recommend no more bad service
