Excellent customer service! When I messaged them to report a problem with my sunglasses they quickly and very kindly sent me a brand new pair.

I was sent a slightly different pair than what I thought I was ordering. It was similar enough to the pair I saw online that I didn't notice at first but after comparing the pics online to the pair I received, I could tell they were definitely a bit differently shaped. I emailed customer service and was told that there was a mistake and they were actually out of the ones I saw online.

Shipping was really prompt. I got two pairs of glasses, one looked really cheap but the other looked exactly like the pictures and was really nice! Only problem with them was that they were quite small fitting...but still good. I guess if you're okay with risking the chances of buying from here go for it!

Super speedy- my glasses got to me in 8 business day and I live in Australia! Previously I contacted them for some assistance in terms of getting glasses that could be fitted with prescription lenses and they got back to me in a day with really good information that helped a lot. The package came cushioned with paper bits and candy instead of Styrofoam, so both my sweet tooth and my love for the environment is satiated.Would recommend to anyone who wants to look cool.

I'm so happy I came across this website. My glasses turned out exactly as I'd hoped, and I just about died when I saw the little tootsie rolls included in the package. Such a cute touch. My only downside is that it took forever to get here, but living in the north of Canada, that happens with every US website I order from.
