DO NOT USE!

Approached by Tim Buckley to sell my house in Harrow. I stressed I needed a cash buyer to achieve my onward purchase. He assured me that’s exactly what he’d do - lies!!! He found buyers who after 6 months of waiting I found out had no money and couldn’t get a mortgage either. I lost the house I wanted to buy. It was the worse period of my life! I complained and they offered me £750 compensation. I’ve never received it and it didn’t touch the devastation that they caused. Don’t believe a WORD these wholly dishonest people say. They all ought to wear cowboy hats!

Flat viewing in Harrow

We recently had a house viewing with Harry, and it was a truly positive experience. As first-time buyers and international clients, we had many uncertainties, but Harry explained everything clearly and patiently. He quickly understood what we were really looking for and offered thoughtful recommendations that helped us a lot.

We've attended many viewings before with other agents, but this one stood out. Harry made the process feel more personal and supportive. We highly recommend him not only for his professionalism but also for the genuine care and insight.

Gibbs Gillespie - Worst Real Estate Agency On The Face Of The Planet

Gibbs Gillespie is the worst real estate agency on the face of the planet. I expressed an interest in this Village Way East, Rayners Lane, property, but after a week, no-one at Gibbs Gillespie has ever bothered to get back to me. In the property game, every second counts and someone else could snag the property that I was interested in only because the real estate agent was too slow to respond.

Zohair and Faye were great

Zohair and Faye were great. A couple of minor hiccups with the survey and a second viewing with different members of the team otherwise would have been five stars overall

The process has been pretty poor from…

The process has been pretty poor from the start, especially with communication. I asked to add updated photos, which were never done, and the agents showing the property didn't explain all the features of the property to potential buyers.
The move managers communication has been poor throughout and even yesterday when I called the office to ask for the move manager, I was told I would get a call back but have not had a call back. This seems to have been the experience throughout the process and I feel very disappointed with the overall experience with Gibbs Gillespie as I thought I had signed up to a reputable estate agent.

worst estate agent ever

Josh Hardy is the worst estate agent I have ever met in my life. He has no communication skills whatsoever.
Mon the most important day, the day we exchanged, I called the office 4 times and did not reach Josh, nor did I receive a call back.

Throughout the sale process I received no active phone calls for feedback and viewings, unless I called.

I would not list my house with Gibbs.

I even raised a formal complaint that has not been resolved to my satisfaction.

Disgusting people

Disgusting people, zero professionalism, they tried to extort money from me during the check-out of the apartment. Harrow branch, They didn't even review the previous report. I don't recommend them. They don't care about the customer at all.

Do not buy or rent with them. It’s all about disrespect.

I almost bought an apartment from them at the Dominion Apartments in Harrow. I paid the deposit, but then I noticed that the lift shared a wall with the main bedroom – a terrible mistake by the developers.

I decided to withdraw my offer and requested the return of my deposit. Since then, Alex Robinson has been avoiding us and making different excuses for not returning our money. He keeps saying the problem lies with the developers but doesn’t share their contact information or solve the issue.

It gives the impression that they are working together to keep our money. It’s a situation of total disrespect.

Please, AVOID THEM at all costs. They don’t deserve your money or time.

Its been almost three weeks since I…

Its been almost three weeks since I signed the contract and the house is yet to be advertise.

The house is newly refurbished, vacant and Im just paying the mortgage! I have already given them the solicitors details and no one has even asked for the house keys!
