Bought two cards through Etihad miles to use on Tkmaxx (physical in-store). Tried to use them twice, the people at the till could not process them after several attempts in two different occasions. Contacted GiftLov. No refund or exchange. Minimum intent to offer some comfort. They told me to contact Tkmaxx when the onus is on them to assist. Terrible customer support. I do not recommend this company.

Worst experience. Ordered 6 days back. Paid via upi instead of COD as they mentioned they would deliver in 2-3 days. Still haven’t received the order or any reply to messages. No update or shipping details provided. No guarantee if I’ll ever receive my parcel or not. NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN.

I have placed an order with you guys for rakhis and sweets, and the order never got delivered. I have never got an update except that the order is in transit(no location). This is the worst experience ever, I have tried contacting from all the means( whatsapp and email both). As soon as it was rakhi day, they stopped replying. Worst customer service ever received from a website. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE.

Very disappointing, all these small time online website are fraud please do not waste your money in Giftalove.com.I ordered a cake of 1kg and received even less than 1/2"kg. Even more worst is we cannot contact them . No response from them nor any number neither any email.

Ordered a cake for my daughter. Last minute they came back saying they cannot deliver it and provided some other options and asking us to pay extra. They were not even apologetic of their fault. Very bad and rude customer service. It was really disappointing for our little one. Never order from this guys not at all trust worthy

I ordered a cake and I was mindblown by its taste. Usually all the Cakes taste the same but when I ordered a Black forest cake from the website, it turned out to be pretty good. The cake was fresh and extremely flavourful

I had great experience with this site as I had ordered a combo for my parents anniversary and it turned out to be a hit.

This company is a SCAM avoid at all costs they are yet to refund me for my purchase which they never sent out. Ridiculous customer service DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

I would not refer to order again.....poor quality of Rakhi......chocolates are not as per shown......not worth at all......very bad and low quality things
