I ordered some bottles with my logo to have for a show this week (26/6).
I was promised that this should be delivered between the 17th and 20th, guaranteed. On the 17th, I contacted them and informed them that I still had not received the shipping code. Only to get a short answer, it will be sent to me when it's shipped.
On the 19th, I contacted them again to ask about the status of the order. I have not received an answer.
On the Evening of the 20th, I made it clear to them that I had not received anything, and if I do not have the order delivered by the 25th, I will refuse the order and request a full refund. The next working day, they answered that they had cancelled the order almost 20 days after the order was registered, and they would refund the money in 15 days, I returned the mail and kindly explained is 2025, and it does not matter whish bank you use, it will not take 15 days to transfer any money back, have got a vege answer on that so we will see if we get any money at all from them.

We are delighted with the service of gift campaign, they have communicated with us all the way through the ordering process with regular updates, they wrote to us to make sure we were happy with the design and sent the goods really quickly. estimated delivery times are random. 3 products were advertised as to be delivered within 10 working days, but turn out to be 7 months when you try to order. Complete waste of my time.

Firstly the website is not that user friendly. We also didn't know that it is a Spanish company. Apparently the customer service is not that important in Spain. Last week me and my partner bought cotton bags from this company. We wanted 50 white and 50 orange (We have a black logo transfers) but could only choice 100 so we did and decided to go with the white ones and try that first. We are first time customers and don't know quality, which isn't that great by the way very thin fabric. We both were looking and checked the order. We paid directly and after 1 week we received our order. I opened the box that was a bit open already but he that can happend during transportation. To my big surprise we receivedblack bags. I immediately contacted Jacqueline from the company explaining our situation, asking what went wrong. Here comes the lack of service I just get a reply with 100 black was the order not willing to help or think of an solution or even willing to reply on the content. I read some positive reviews about the company but apparently they can only be of service when everything went oke but when a costumer has a problem then no service needed. Well I no longer want to be a customer of this type of company. Companies that don't have or like to give service to people who pay for their goods (it's not like I get it for free or something) are not worth your money or recommendation. I only wanted a product I can use instead of having bags that I can not use.

In the end, everything was fine, the products were nice, but I would recommend more proactive behavior on the part of customer service, better communication and information without having to ask three times.

I had a very nice experience with Gift Campaign ES.
They needed only eight days, from first contact to delivery. All three representatives I talked to during the process were extremely kind and helpful. Also, when calling the Spanish office, I had the chance to speak my native language (Italian) with their customer service, which was great. The packaging could be improved since most of the boxes arrived damaged, but the products inside were in good condition.
