Not very easy to use for my dad
Not very easy to use for my dad. I didn’t realise it was a gift card to purchase another gift card. I thought it was one that could just be used in multiple places directly. My dad wanted to use it to order from next but they didn’t have an E gift card option. You had to order a physical gift card, and I had put £30 and they only had an option for either £25 or £50.

Digital gift cards are normally generated and sent within 1 hour of purchase. According to our records, the e‑voucher was emailed to you on 07‑06‑2026 at 11:33AM. Quite a few of our Gmail/ Google Mail customers find that Google quietly files our e‑vouchers into the Promotions folder, and on mobile devices that folder can be a bit tucked away. If you log in on a desktop, the Promotions tab should be visible and easier to check.
I’ll resend the voucher through our automated system within the next few minutes. If it still hasn’t reached you after around 30 minutes, please reach out to our support team at support@giftcard.co.uk, so we can get everything sorted for you without any more delay.
