I wanted a gift card with picture for grandson. They flat out denied my order for no reason. There was no one to call and I'm wondering if there is a scam going on with this company. Use Perfect gift.com and forget this company. I'm a physician with an "exceptional credit score". I used PayPal for the order. There was no reason for the denial. Also, it went into my scam folder and I was unaware of the denial until I checked the status several days later. I'm feeling this company is not legit. The few good reviews are most likely not legit either.

Worst experience . First they say e-gift cards mostly take 15 mins but in some rare cases up to 4 hours. Now I’m a regular so I understand the 4 hour thing my first buy or two, but this was like my 20th buy and it was so so so crucial that I get it right away for my kids birthday. An e gift Mastercard , and what do u know, they take 4 hours , and then I say to them I’ll just take a refund but only if you can send the money back immediately , it’s my kids birthday and I don’t have days ro wait for the money , and they cancelled the order and told me the money will back on my card in a few business days …like what!? Did you NOT read what the F I just said ?! Now my kids birthday was ruined cuz I live check to check and that was her present that I worked hard for …and now she gets nothing on her birthday and has to wait until I get credited back my money …I’d give this company negative stars if I could , ridiculous pricks

SCAM !!! I cancelled the card minutes after purchase because I realized it was not legit. The y e mailed that $ would be refunded. It wasn't. now trying to deal with credit card co.

I ordered a granny gift card by accident, I wanted a target card, but Granny card came up and I didn’t realize it. I chose the email delivery. That was on Sunday. It is now Wednesday night and he still has not received it and I’ve had to chat And search and read articles from them. Now I’m waiting to see if they will resolve the issue and resend it. There is no service charge so I guess you get what you pay for. I didn’t choose it for that reason. I thought I was getting it from Target as I had googled “Target GC”

Customer devices sucks, trying to place an order and they block it form their side

Unexplained cancellation of my 10-10-24 gift card intended for my Granddaughters 21st Birthday while in out of town college. Highly disappointed. I told her about it so she could watch her e Mail. No second chances.

I attempted to place a gift card order on September 15th and it was canceled. Customer service refused to give me any information.

Apparently this company cancels orders due to the fact they cannot honor the cashback rate they agreed with Rakuten/topcashback.

I accidentally sent an eGift to the wrong email. I tried to rectify this with gift card granny 4 four times on line. Each time I read told my request was not able to be processed. No help what so ever. Will never use them again. I think they rip people off!!?

I could not print the gift card. I had it sent to my other email address so that I could print it and enclose it in a greeting card. This all seems very fraudulent!!! Going around in circles verifying everything and no gift card to print!!!!! Then they say they refunded it but I won't get my money for one to five days! So I guess they're using my money to make money! Not sure I'll get the refund!

Worst Service Ever. I tried to purchase 3 co-branded 500$ gift cards to pay my contractors and for some reason, they canceled my order without any explanation. Called them, but they were not able to tell me why it was canceled. I wrote them an email for an appeal and never heard anything back. I tried again after 48 hours to purchase a regular gift card without co-branding and my order was canceled without any explanation. What is your issue? Just close down the shop if you are not willing to service people. Thank you again for nothing.

what didnt go wrong would be the question. On vacation these "virtual" crap cards are worthless. To my understanding merchants such as RFG (shell)fuel company is s restricted merchant to gift card granny. RFG declined my online order 3 times. I arrive home 2 days from my vacation and went to try again to use the virtual card. Theres a pending charge.. hmmm from what i am thinking , because not one time was i able to use this card i get them on the phone , they tell me shell fuel cards arent allowed to be purchased, hmm then why the pending charge from that company, the guy tells me ill have to wait on them (shell) to release my money because their company attempted to process the transaction putting a hold on my money even though they are a restricted merchant. LOL I AM CRAZIER HAVING DEALT WITH THESE PEOPLE ALL WEEKEND OVER THIS DRAMA. THE DEVELOPER NEEDS FIRED!!, absolutely the worst ive ever dealt with. im sure they sre making millions off people who eventually just give up and quit chasing there hard earned money they spent on these cards if a problem should come about !!! they get a negative 2 stars. Id light my money on fire before id buy another card off this site

Tried to buy virtual gift cards for my twin granddaughters 13th birthday. Bought in the morning. Told the girls to look in their email in the afternoon. Nothing there. Looked in my email to see that the cards were canceled, possibly for several different reasons. So I re-bought, using my debit, instead of PayPal. A half hour later, with the girls waiting, canceled again, could be they couldn’t verify my identity (my phone number was in the account I had with them for years). No live person to talk to. Went to another company, gift cards arrived within 5 minutes.

Horrible. I got a $50 virtual virtual gift card and was not able to use it in the store. It could only be used online and so I had $4.91 left which is a donation to this rip off company, not including the purchaser paying a fee for the card. So they made $10.00 of the card. Tried to get ahold of this company and everything is virtual. Unless you hate the recipient, do not use this company. It should be illegal to exploit consumers this way.

I do not usually write reviews. But this time I have to WARN the people. Is this a scam? I don’t think so. I do know they need to take this business down read the people complaints and fix the problems. Customer service is a ROBOT. A-I I guess. No human customer, no phone numbers that will contact anyone unless you know the first three letters of the person in customer service. They know the names are unknown. If you want to give a gift please cash app or Apple Pay. This is a bad company with terrible customer service. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not use this company. Pray they get it right or God shut them down.

1 star is too much for these people. They have worst customer service. No empathy. False timelines for delivery. They dont care if any customer has bad experience or inconvience. I ordered customized Visa giftcard for my husband's birthday. They claim it will be delivered by USPS first class mail in 3-5 days but it never comes before 10 days. It did not come till 4 days after his birthday. When I escalated a manager calls and says we can cancel the card and issue for refund and he has no empathy for inconvience. He was rude as if he was doing a favour on me and blunt that only he can do is cancel the card and issue refund. Which i dont know when it would come back. Not Trustworthy site at all. Please 1000000 times thing before you order. I gues order 30 days before the event. Because Gift card granny dont believe in timelines.

I went through 3 different verification steps - a text to my phone, an email with a clickable link, and an other email with a second verification code. My bank approved the transaction. A while later I received cancellation notice from Gift Card Granny. No reason given. They tied up my funds for days because the charge is pending.
