I walking past and looking for a gift but necessarily thought I was going to get room scent until I have come to door of Gift company that captivating scent just pulled me in. I was absolutely taken by surprise how many different room and office scents are there and the help of biggest smiley face of Sammie made things a lot more easier taken into consideration it was gone past 8pm .
Thank you for your great help Sammie everyone in my house hold absolutely loved the scent. No doubt we will be back regulars... I have not told them all the other scents yet ;-}}

I recently purchased a beautiful diffuser, which holds 1,700 milliliters of fragrant oil. Its design features a striking red and white spray, reminiscent of a rosemary sprig, adorned with delicate wooden elements and tiny pinecones. The scent it emits is absolutely lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The diffuser was a bit of an investment at £40 for the bottle and an additional 10 pound for the light, but it truly enhances my space. While I’m currently on the lookout for essential oil refills, I plan to visit shops in Brighton or Eastville to find the perfect match. I’m excited to see how long the oil lasts, but I’m already thrilled with my purchase. It’s definitely worth exploring the store for more delightful finds!
A little empathy required
I took an elderly lady who has dementia for a trip out. I spent over £30 in the shop which provided me to a discount on a teddy. My lady could not decide which teddy she wanted, with her illness I understand this and give her some time. Eventually she decided which one, so I went back to the till to purchase the teddy for her day out. Unfortunately I was refused the discount as I was supposed to buy the items and the teddy all in one transaction. All I read was that you had to spend over £30 and you get a discount on the teddy.
As much as I tried to explain to the staff they were not having any of it. My lady was upset by this as she could hear me discussing it with the staff and did not want me paying full price. I thought they were a little insensitive to the situation but not wanting to see my lady upset I paid full price.
On reflection the staff could have said you have spent over £30 that entitles you to a discount on…. but you have to do it in one transaction.
It is not as though I had left the shop or come back the next day I was stood in the shop waiting for my lady to make a decision on which teddy she would like me to buy her.
Maybe when you experience looking after someone with dementia you may understand and be a little more thoughtful.
Fantastic customer service.
I hadn’t used this company before & I received damaged products in my delivery. After contacting customer services, These were instantly replaced. Becci was extremely helpful and sorted my issue without any hassle. I would definetly recommend and use this company again. Very impressed.
Avoid this business
The service and performance of this company has been appalling. Failure to deliver what was ordered, failure to make any timely response or deal with their negligence. After a month of failure I get a completely inadequate partial refund. You can do a lot better that using this business.

I ordered online for the first time and purchased a Robin diary with a pen gift set. My package arrived quickly and well packed and the gift set is lovely and just what i expected and will be gifting it to my mum for Christmas. I will definately order again
Good luck if faulty
Had already purchased and tried one of the premium diffuser’s and was very pleased with it so we thought we would try another one of the premium diffuser's when it arrived we opened it and it did not appear to have any odour so report this to them , they apologised and advised they would not be able to exchange or refund as we had opened it !! As far as we were concerned it was faulty but they were having none of it , won’t bother using them again and would not recommend

A dreadful experience at Crystal Peaks store.
I purchased a massage belt 03/10/25 for my Mum who is 78 years old & disabled.
I noticed when I got home that it had to be plugged in all the time in order to use, however this isn’t practical for my Mum due to her disability.
The box is unopened, hence NEVER been USED. However, the store won’t refund/exchange. The manager, who handled my call on her day off, as the store phone transfers to her mobile, and the assistants are basically calling me & my Mum liars, as they said they told me it was non-refundable / non- returnable, however they never informed me of this, as the assistant was too flustered about the receipt not working & having to make handwritten ones, while a queue was forming may I add. Plus the manager & two assistants all have varying stories of my visit (at least get your stories straight beforehand).
They never highlighted the sign at the till at the time of purchase, to be honest the till area was very cluttered & messy. They only showed me the sign today 04/10/25 at the point of trying to return the item. (Funnily enough the till area had been tidied & the sign on show). That must have been the phone call from the manager who was on her day off to the store assistants, while I was travelling to the store.
I don’t mind not having a refund/return, but one thing I do mind is myself & my Mum being called liars & then staff having the audacity to be sarcastic with us both.
It’s a real shame to be honest, as my Mum & other family members normally spend a lot of money at this store, but this experience has totally put them off returning.
I have contacted head office, but from other reviews on here, I’m not holding out much hope!!
If no luck, then next stop is trading standards!!
