U guys says if I order 2 I'll get free shipping I tried but it wouldn't let me order different colors and didn't want 2 of the same colors.

Choice of pants I was seeking at a great price and colour range

The pants I ordered are not up to standard. This is a scam site. I asked for a return label so I could ship back for a refund but they want me to pay for shipping to China. BEWARE. If you order from them you’ll be stuck with the product even if you don’t like. It costs too much to ship back to them. Horrible customer service. Instagram needs to screen their shopping sites.

I was about to purchase thier Button Down Shirt Jacket but luckily I read these reviews and have rethought my order and decided to pass. I never trust Instagram and face book product ads but this shirt had me the closest to breaking my rules.

They said they where slim fit, they are not, they showed in the advert they are stetchy, there is not even a cm of stretch, my waist fits fine, but bottom of legs are so baggy, nothing like the advert, the material is so cheap, it's not the material it claims they make it out off, took 6 weeks to arrive then I wanted to return, they said me returning them would cost 70 pound, my order cost me 60, 100% scam avoid these stupid scam websites, what a joke

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought off the back of a Facebook advert, and I cannot stress enough that these are THE WORST QUALITY trousers I have ever seen. The fit is laughable. DO NOT BUY. SERIOUSLY, DON’T THINK ‘mAyBe It’S a OnE oFf’, DO. NOT. BUY. ANYTHING. FROM. THIS. ‘COMPANY’.

Ordered 2 pairs of pants, same model, same size, just 2 different colors.
I received the pants 3 weeks after ordering. Not only they are not same model, but their sizes are way off: one has the inseam 3 inch too long, and the other has the waist down at least 2 sizes, and the inseam too short by 4 inches! Colors do not match what I ordered. When I asked for a return, I have been told to ship back to China, and that I needed to pay for the shipping. Last, there is a 4 week period for returns, but 3 weeks have already passed for the initial shipping, so you basically get 5 days to return.

DO NOT ORDER FROM GIFTNII - THEY ARE AWFUL - BOTH THEIR PRODUCTS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I ordered two pairs of pants and they were way too long by 6+ inches. I tried to return them per their return policy and they came back and said I had to ship them back to China (I didn't order them from China), and I would have to bear the cost. Contrary to what their website says about returns and even though the product wasn't what I ordered? Beware its all junk from China and nothing like what they advertise and if you don't like it or its the wrong item you will have to pay for it t be shipped back to China!!

I always wanted to buy those pants and the materials to accompany them. I didn't know what other products you have. I saw it, and I liked it and bought it. I want to try those pants and hope they will fit me perfectly. I can't wait to try them.

All aspects were easy, understandable, etc. However, over 3 weeks to receive order was not anything like I expected.

SCAM!Be aware!Items are not as described and returns cost more than the actual items.They ask you to pay gor your own return and send it back to “somewhere in China “.This is NOT UK based company.Now I have to think how get rid off the item which is too big for me!

Bought the chinos- sizing was a million miles off what was advertised. Legs were way too long. Quality also terrible, looked nothing like the advert. Have contacted them twice to arrange a return but zero response….shocking company, definitely don’t buy from them

Items are nothing like what's advertised as is consistent with other reviews left here. They don't let you provide reviews on the website either, meaning all reviews are fake. Got a "only people who purchased this item can leave a review" warning, despite using the email that I purchased the item with.

Don’t buy crap clothing from here. Nothing like the adverts , Scam from China , can’t get refund unless you want to pay silly amount in returns. Steer Clear !!!! Automatic return emails .. Avoid at all costs

I did not recived tha package but got an email confirmation that the package had been delivered to my adress with a fake FedEx tracking number when I try to track the number its says invalid I will call my bank and dispute the purchase to get back my money

The items are nothing like the advert what a pile of crap £2 trousers from China don’t not buy from this website it has totally false advertising through Facebook insta and more
