My recent experience with GiftsToIndia24x7.com was a frustrating one, leaving my relatives disappointed and me feeling cheated. I placed an order for 10 items to be delivered to my loved ones in India. While some items arrived, crucially missing were two significant gifts totaling nearly Rs 3,000: a Bumtum Baby and a 2-in-1 Carrom Board & Snake and Ladders set.

This incomplete delivery not only ruined the intended surprise and joy for my relatives but also caused financial loss. Despite repeated attempts to follow up with customer service, I encountered nothing but delays and a complete lack of helpfulness. My emails went unanswered or received vague responses, and phone calls offered no explanation or resolution for the missing items.

This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. GiftsToIndia24x7.com failed to deliver on their promises, causing inconvenience and disappointment.

I had placed an order of chocolate cake and mixed roses (red, white, pink) but what was delivered was some crappy orange cake and red roses. They don't care about customers. I sent them proof of what was delivered even then no action was taken nor did they accept their fault. I am not using their service again, its a scam. Once they get their money, they wouldn't care about customer satisfaction and quality. I couldn't give them 0 star, hence that 1 star. If you are looking for good quality products and value for your money then please don't use their service.

SCAM.....Never choose this company..they don't deliver on time.. takes your money first then deliver whenever time they like.and lot of excusess.try some other good companies...SCAM🤮.. don't try this company from UK

I placed two different orders on the same day.
First one: They took my money and never delivered. When I sent a query, only then they said they could not deliver. No apologies. Still awaiting refund.

Second order: When I sent a query (after they did not deliver my first), they said they could not deliver the flowers I had selected, and asked me about much cheaper flowers. I paid a lot for a big bunch of orchids! Again, if I had not asked, they would not have delivered anything with no refund. Need to report them to Consumer court.

I have ordered cake and flowers for my mothers birthday and I was very shocked to see the order which is completely wrong, I received wrong flowers who was in poorly condition and the cake, when I contacted them and the guy called Chris who is very rude and disrespectful towards me and I was shocked to see the level of service they are providing to the customers. He is so adamant and refused to listen what you are trying to say. I asked for refund and now they giving me lame excuses like this: GiftstoIndia24x7.com

We have checked with our delivery team and they confirmed that they accidentally delivered the flower basket to someone else.

To resolved the same, we would like to offer you a redelivery of the flowers basket to the receiver.

Alternatively, we can provide you a gift card for the amount of flowers or issue a refund for it.

Kindly call us or email us with your confirmation.

Very bad service. I sent flowers to my mother on Mother’s Day. The flowers she revived were almost dead and were in a normal water drinking glass. I ordered a very beautiful cube vase.
They also forgot to deliver the dry fruits i ordered to be delivered with the flowers.

Please stay away from these cheaters.

Never go with giftstoindia24x7.com, they are inefficient and lazy to deliver the order, they ruined the order for Mother’s Day celebration.worst service ever.

Update on May 2, 2024:-

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Taking my money 7 days before, they had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my E-Voucher delivered...Despite knowing that I was in the United States, they called me in the middle of the night.

NEVER EVER I AM GOING TO USE THEM AND NEVER I WILL SUGGEST ANYONE TO USE THEM.

April 30,2024 :- They are scammers. For 'delivering "E-VOUCHER", they need 5 days.

For my wife's birthday, I have placed an order for a birthday cake and bouquets. Additionally, I was informed that it would be delivered on the birthday. Additionally, confirmation was provided the following morning. They conclude the day by sending me the following email: "Thank you for placing an order with us.

We are truly sorry to inform you that due to Eid Holiday we were unable to deliver the order today.

However, if you allow us we can deliver the same tomorrow ie., 12 April.

Kindly revert to us so that we can proceed further."

Dont order anything from these guys. They will take your money and will deliver it from worst shop. Completely fraud website. Please save your money guys.

Order was delivered on time and the quality was great . It was so nice to know that all of the cakes are eggless and suitable for vegetarians. Great job . keep it up !

My experience is awesome and fantastic. I just ordered my delivery on same day and within 3 hrs of my order my delivery was done and that too they delivered on busy weekend of Valentine’s Day.
