Upon reviewing the situation, we realize there was a discrepancy with the shipping costs due to the weight of the product. Our website's shipping calculator unfortunately didn’t account for the heavier-than-expected size of the clock, resulting in a postage miscalculation. While our standard shipping fee is $8, the actual cost to ship your item would have been more than $30, which would have resulted in a significant loss for us.

We understand your frustration, and we’re committed to resolving such issues as quickly and smoothly as possible. As we prefer to avoid disputes and ensure customer satisfaction, we offered you a full refund, which has already been processed.

I was more than willing to offer you store credit as a resolution. We don’t always work out the same price with every product, and if I showed you how much we actually pay for items, you’d see the margins are tight. We don’t use Temu as our supplier, and there are many suppliers offering similar items at varying prices. Our prices are based on the cost of the product plus shipping, which can be quite high since we don’t benefit from the same economies of scale as larger businesses.

Rest assured, your personal information, including your credit card details or the way you paid, is completely secure with us. I was happy to offer you a store credit, but if that doesn’t work for you, that’s okay. The issue with the plant has nothing to do with you—I put it by mistake before. I just want you to understand that I’m willing to work with you, but under the terms of store credit.
