Set up was very smooth

Gift up is awesome for creating the most streamline way for businesses to take orders on gift vouchers/certificates and makes my life that much easier. It's really easy to use, and it gives a professional, high end look for the purchaser going through the links to purchase a gift voucher. I highly recommend this tool as it is a game changer for the holiday gift certificates for all service businesses out there

It has been relatively easy to install, however it was hard to understand as a non-web developer which plugins I needed to achieve what I needed. For example, I thought I needed another plugin to pair with this, and that it would integrate with my POS (Revel), but in fact it would have been nice to understand the process in advance of downloading everything, knowing what I needed to achieve and what plugins would be needed ultimately. As a result, I will be using the Square app instead of my Revel POS app, and I need to delete the WooCommerce plugin since I don't have a store on my website. It is just a lot of time wasted and I was a dash lost.

Utilisation optimal !

I wanted an easy to set up and low-cost wordpress add on for setting up a gift certificate for services. The company has been very responsive when I had a billing issue and this was corrected quickly through email response. I like how the e-gift certs have come out, although I used my own design they do have good templates. Its integrated well on my website plus the android app has been very convenient for checking my account.
