Drivers just dont bother showing up and…
Drivers just dont bother showing up and it seems there is NO consequences. I would like to use the platform but i simply cannot due to no shows which impact a busses massively

Hi there, we are very sorry to hear you have had issues with drivers not showing up. Drivers receive an automatic negative rating and a mark on their profile if they miss a gig, please ensure to report this in the app. Drivers can also can be suspended if this happens repeatedly (>3). That said we understand that reliability is the number 1 priority of businesses and we have an Ops team that work 12 hrs / 7 days to ensure we maintain 95%+ gig success (often higher).

Every-time I use the app it glitches out and does not let me view new gigs, the app is terrible and I have been struggling to get in contact with someone to help.

Gigable app is good and fast to find random jobs, the only issue to highlight are the days that you have to wait for your payment, a week is too much. The rest, all good.

But didn’t payment not yet its over two months, I contacted several times regarding this but no use, they saying update my account, I didn’t see any wrong with my account, they didn’t help me to fix

Dissatisfied and unpleasant
I was using the app and even introduced other drivers. However, for no apparent reason, I couldn't view available gigs anymore. I called and called and sent emails upon emails for assistance but all to no avail. I had to delete my account and set it up again, the same issue surfaced. I think it is more intentional than technical. No response and no concern at all to assist me until now. It is frustrating and discouraging when people you work with don't give a penny about you. That's the feeling. I wish I had used my time for something else. Very poor communication.
