Very quick delivery

I ordered 2 monitors
I ordered 2 monitors - when they arrived 1 wouldn't even power on. I contacted them via their website but haven't had a reply. Appreciate things happen - but can't excuse no reply to my message. Won't ever recommend them.

Very pleased with the Dell 22" Monitor
Very pleased with the Dell 22" Monitor. Delivery was very good. Inner packing of Monitor was very good lot of layers of bubble wrap. Outer cardboard was very flimsy and arrived badly torn and looked knocked about. Took several photos on arrival before opening just in case. But the inner bubble wrap had kept it well protected.

The only reason I cannot 4 stars
The only reason I cannot give 5 stars, is although delivery of a laptop was next day, it had a fault. Having said this, I received much apology and Chris at Gigarefurb was very helpful with the return of the laptop which was dealt with quickly. The refund issued on the day they received the laptop and identified the fault. Communication from Chris was very good.

Got it on click and collect and it was there within 2 days. Works just aswell as a new phone as i had the same model but it broke and it was less to buy it again than fix it. It was in excellent condition and am happy so far

The monitor works fine and is good value for money. However, I see no signs of the"refurbishment" it was supposed to have had. You didn't even remove the apple stickers or wipe off the tippex from the last users typos!
