No Support No Response
I signed up and provided the required information to GigFinesse for an artist’s account. This was done on request of a venue that books through GigFinesse in my local area (Phoenix) to bid on gigs for them. After two weeks of no response as to whether my account was approved or not, I emailed GigFinesse at the support email address provided on their website. No response. I tried emailing them again and also tried the web chat. No response. It has now been over 30 days and still no response. I ended up having to email the potential client back and explain that I won’t be able to bid on their gigs. It was a complete waste of time to try and deal with GigFinesse. Completely unresponsive. Are they understaffed? Disorganized? Who knows, but the result is the same. Current and potential customers beware! Even if you end up working with GigFinesse somehow, if you ever have a support issue, this is what can happen to you.
