Doesn't deliver the goods

The products that this company sell could be fantastic but I don't know because after almost 2 months they still havn't delivered the goods that I ordered and payed for. I have asked them multiple times if they have tried to deliver and when they estimate that the actual delivery will be done.

The only method of communication is email, the response time is long and they refuse to give any clear answers to my questions.

There is a possibility that they have delivered this to an old address as a misstake although they have confirmed that they have the correct address. But again they don't give any useful information only apologies so I don't know.

I would advise anybody from buying any products from this company.
