Rated high for accessibility
Got tickets for My Chemical Romance at Wembley through here. I had tried ticketmaster when the tickets were first released and the layout of the website was so awful I had a panic attack (I'm autistic and very prone to overwhelm and anxiety) and after all that I didn't even get tickets. Afterwards I saw a lot of fans saying they would have had more luck using gigs and tours instead so when My Chemical Romance announced another night at Wembley I gave it a go.
I had both gigs and tours and ticket master open to improve my chances to get tickets, I was still at number a thousand and something at least on ticketmaster by the time I got through the que and brought my tickets on gigs and tours. And on top of that, the process was so much simpler. Where ticketmaster had you pick the seats that vanished the moment you clicked them as somebody else had brought them, with gigs and tours they just had you pick the ticket types and give you a section, I managed to buy my tickets without being sick from anxiety this time!
So if you're an anxious type or prone to overwhelm then I highly recommend gigs and tours. We got tickets and had a great time seeing them at Wembly last week.

Gigs cancelled, refund shambolic
Bought tickets with gigs n tours for a Streets gig that has now been cancelled.
Rather than gigs n tours offer a full refund immediately, as per the consumer rights act, they sent an initial email advising me to contact Heritage Live (the promoter). Heritage live have, rightly so, advised to seek refund from Gigs n tours.
I then logged a dispute with my credit card company.
After that I received an email from gigs n tours explaining they don't want customers to be left out of pocket and will issue a "face value" refund, which I will have to request- more work for me plus a face value refund doesn't include the admin and booking fees; so I am out of pocket.
Will never use them again. Unprofessional and not customer focused.

Poor user experience
Extremely poor user experience. The site showed a payment success but then displayed an error message, leaving me stuck without knowing if my booking was confirmed. Having to re-book due to system errors is unacceptable.

I can't review you until I get the tickets
When I get the etickets then i can give you a proper review. So far I've paid a lot of money and received a confirmation, that's all. I understand I have to download an app (yet another app!) and the tickets will appear in the app a few days before the concert. It would be much simpler if the tickets were emailed to me as soon as I had bought them, if that was the case I would have given you 5 stars.
