Gillian's Fine Art is a scammer. A few months ago, I was also scammed by Gillian's Fine Art. I placed an order for artwork through their website and made the payment, but I never received my order.

After receiving the payment, they kept giving me different explanations and timeframes. They initially told me it would take two weeks, but when I still had not received my order after two weeks, they claimed that I had never placed an order with them.

I have also filed a police complaint against them and contacted my bank to dispute the payment. I strongly urge everyone to think carefully and do proper research before buying artwork from Gillian's Fine Art.

Based on my experience, I would never recommend anyone purchase artwork from them. Thanks.

I hope everyone is doing well. I want to share a very disappointing and upsetting experience I had with Gillian's Fine Art.

My family really liked one of the artworks on their website, so I decided to purchase it. I paid approximately $3,500 for the artwork. I was told that my order would be delivered within 5 business days.

However, the artwork did not arrive within the promised time. When I contacted them, I was told that I had never placed an order and that they had not received any payment. I provided them with my order number and proof showing that approximately $3,500 had been deducted from my account and transferred to them.

Despite providing proof of payment, I was repeatedly told that they had not received the money. Only after I mentioned that I would report the matter to the police did they finally acknowledge that the payment had been received.

The communication throughout this process was extremely frustrating. Replies were very slow, and after all the delays, I eventually received my order 21 days later instead of the promised 5 business days.

What made the situation even worse was that when the artwork finally arrived, it was a printed reproduction rather than the original artwork I believed I had paid for. My family and I were extremely disappointed and angry, and we ultimately threw the artwork away.

I am sharing my experience so that other artists and art buyers can be careful and do their own research before purchasing from this business.

If you are an artist or an art collector, please be very careful about where you spend your money. Experiences like this can damage trust in the entire art community.

I hope Gillian's Fine Art takes responsibility for what happened and provides a proper explanation.
