What a joke !!

I am very disappointed! After 4 days my order had still not been sent. Finally the order was cancelled because my items were no longer in stock! Of course I was charged, what a joke! I hope to get a quick refund! First order and the last one haha

Completely wrong order

I got an order completely wrong and they didn't bother to compensate me. Most of the stores when send the wrong item give you a discount card, solve the situation or even let you keep the wrong items. Gina Tricot didn't care about my refund, much less about giving me compensation. Had to arrange the collection of the wrong items by myself. Never buying again.

A nightmare

They tell you your order will be delivered in 3-5 days. After 18(!!) days my order was still not delivered. Fed-ex tells you they have not received your package and Ginatricot customer service claim otherwise. After 18 days they were finally willing to take some action and made a refund because the package probably 'got lost along the way'.

If I wanted to buy the same item again, I would receive a discount code. LOL never again. Never had such a bad experience with a webshop.

Sent me the wrong items

Sent me the wrong items, tell me they wont send me my actual items and wont give me a refund until they are “satisfied” with the return items I send back off (the sending of which I have to pay for)

The company is all bells and whistles, nice instagram horrible company.

AVOID

Shocking, i got the wrong order,they werent bothered and didnt even try to compensate i contacted the website via email and by far the worst customer service.. dont order from there its not worth it,they will make you regret you ever made an order with them.

Get yourself ready to pay 9€ extra for delivery

Paid 4,90€ delivery for my +250€. Nowadays, for such an amount, the merchant doesn't make you pay the delivery but ok, whatever. Then, I sent back some items (60€, so still ordered 200€ clothes there) and had to pay 3,90€ extra for the return. I wrote them and they were rude and arrogant as hell. It's 9€, it's not the end of the world, but out of principle...Never. Ever. Ever again.

It ordered the wrong items.

The website had a major glitch, it wouldn't let me order my full items card, only 2 out of the 4 items went through. Afterwards, I received a confirmation email only an hour later, showing I successfully order THE WRONG ITEM. One of the items was NOT even what I had in my card!!

I contacted gina tricot which answered they can't do anything about it.
They wouldn't cancel the order and claimed I approved this order before confirming it. I guarantee you this was NOT what I ordered. I actually even had a proof since I had screenshot of my card before the order with the time appearing on it since i sent it to my friend before confirming the order.

From the comments below, it appear the website often have major glitches similar to this around the payment time. This is unacceptable.

Not the best

The order was fine, shipping a bit prolonger but during this high season that is totally fine :)
But, customer service answered only in Swedish although I did message them in English every time... A bit inconsiderate!

Avoid!!!

Worst buying and customer service experience ever! I ordered sweatpants and was mislead by only one color of item on images. Of course: the real ordered color was hidden for selection and review in collapsed expandable section, which I didn't discover when ordering. Let me add that in the shopping cart itself, there was no info about items' color. I discovered my mistake only when I got order confirmation email.

When I went reaching for customer support (cca 5 minutes after I placed an order and got confirmation email) and explaining my mistake, politely asking for item color change, I got several responses explaining how they can't do anything (they can't contact warehouse, they can't cancel or change an order,...).

But: I can return my package when (if ever) I'll receive it, pay shipping again and wait and hope... after reading other reviews here, my hope felt down to 0.1%.

Poor buying user experience, even worse customer support, which is totally failing their reason of existence. They should be there to support and help customers, not for explaining how they can't do anything - failing to help on all levels.

I just hope you are reading this lines in time, before you repeat my mistake (and similar mistakes by many, many others here).

It was my first and my last order on…

It was my first and my last order on Ginatricot. First of all, a few items were missing and it took me some time to get a refund for them. When I sent the rest of the order back as the clothes run bigger in size the shop did not process one of the items still owning me 40 euros. Customer service is non-responsive, rude and unable to help.

DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THIS STORE - The rudest and worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. My package is marked as delivered but I've never received it. The brand doesn't support me to check with Fedex. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!

BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE - The rudest and worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. They lost my package and refuse to reimburse me or send me a new one item. Absolutely insane! No one to call, only communication is through an email and when ask to speak to a manager there is no one to speak to.
