Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. I was able to track my the progress of the order very closely. Computer was bought for my son and he is absolutely thrilled with the quality and speed. They use APC delivery which you are able to track all day on the delivery so you know when it’s arriving

Quality Counts.
This is the second time I have ordered a custom PC from them and the service remains as excellent now as it was 10 years ago. Quality build, well packaged and delivered safely in less than 5 days. Would recommend to anyone wanting a PC.

The delivery was really good. I had a few questions and phoned them, I left a message and within 5 mins they got back to me. My questions where answered with clarity and in terms I would understand. I was told to get in touch any time if I had any more questions. Great customer service.

Pc was dead on arrival.
Pc was dead on arrival. Power switch and power LED cables were disconnected from the Motherboard but probably shaken loose during transit. Call to customer services resolved the issue. Pc good quality and now working fine.

Great Service!
Originally, I was a little bit hesitant due to not knowing much about computers. However, some very basic research paired with a solid website containing helpful advise and a easy UI and displayed information made the whole process of picking what was desired easy. Build time and delivery was as said to be and the computer works flawlessly and came as ordered.
The only aspect that felt a little lacking was communication, there were no real issues but suddenly getting an email on the night prior to delivery was a suprise. A nice one, but one that could have maybe have a prior email detailing the build being finished. (This is just me being pretty nitpicky though.)

Spoke to G6! just before the bank holiday weekend and had a chat through various spec questions & the advice was good and stopped me from going spec overboard for no reason.
We thought delivery might take longer than advertised does to the bank holiday weekend but it arrived in time - very impressive!

Very well made pc but sad and…
Very well made pc but sad and ridiculous that they say it will invalidate your warranty if you fit internal hard drives. I will fit them and see what happens in court in the incredibly unlikely event that my added internal hard drive makes the pc explode
