I ordered a coat for my whippet, whom I have had problems getting one to fit properly. My order came the next day! The coat came in a lovely little storage bag, and it fits her perfectly 👌.

The coat i bought didn't quite fit my dog (my fault). Ginger Ted swapped the coat for the correct size straight away. Great customer service.

Lovely dog fleeces, a lovely soft and thick fleeces and a good quality material and a lovely choice of colours.
They have a very good range of sizes to fit all breeds of dogs. A much better than fit anywhere else I have seen and it is very hard to find a such a good fit for your pet.
Great value for money and they wash really well.
They come in a lovely zip up bag to keep them in if you wish.
The customer service is brilliant and always very helpful with any enquiries.

The best dog apparel purchase I've made so far for my 6 month Yorkie.
I'm delighted with the showerproof coat and the fleece velcro do up coat. My Yorkie hates things over his head and is going through a stage of pretty much refusing to wear anything. However I have in the past bought a coat that does up with velcro and he's fine. Hence choosing the items I did on Ginger Ted.

However, I was blown away not just by the fantastic quality of the design, material, fit, but also how it was packaged, comes with a lovely reusable zip bag that is really cute (and useful!) plus clear instructions on how to care for the items.

My dog straight away was happy for me to put on and the fit is perfect. He has thin hair so feels the cold easily but he was so toasty with these coats.
The plus also is that their is a harness hole which many coats don't have.

The customer service is 5 stars too, happy to advise and are polite. Good one fashioned customer service.

I'm definitely a fan of Ginger Ted and will definitely be purchasing future items for my pup.

Difficult to find a coat for our young cross breed dog that would fit round her chest and not be too big everywhere else
We bought a red T shirt jumper and it was such a good fit that we bought another in navy the following week

Really good quality and soft and seems like it will be hard wearing. It’s the first collar for my first dog and he seems very happy with it, so that makes me happy.

Great customer service and outstanding quality of products. I have purchased from Ginger Ted twice now - our first fleece withstood 2.5 years of adventures! They are really durable compared to the other coats/fleeces we have purchased elsewhere. I purchased from Ginger Ted again earlier this month and made a mistake with the sizing. I contacted Ginger Ted and they were able to amend the order and ship it to me promptly with no hassle at all. Another bonus is that they fit snuggly around our dog. Having a Vizsla with a deep chest and narrow waist can cause difficulty when finding a good fitting fleece/coat, however, we have no issue with this with Ginger Ted.

I can't fault Ginger Ted for their quality or service. Their gear is the best fit I have found for my dog and is really well made from lovely materials. She is still wearing the coat and fleece we bought 4 years ago. After trying other brands I recently decided to go back to GT as their stuff has been the best. There was an issue with the courier and although not GTs fault, they responded super quickly and resolved the situation immediately. Excellent service all round 😊

Great showerproof coat with lining. This is our fourth coat from Ginger Ted for our lurcher. Good fit, quality and even managed to pick this latest one up in the sale.

I really like the dog coats and thought I would take advantage of the sale to buy a spare Waterproof Shower Coat with Warm Lining and to treat my dog to the Thermal Harness Quilted Coat. I placed my order on Friday and it arrived on Saturday! My dog really appreciated wearing his Thermal Coat to his training class on the very frosty Sunday morning!
My dog now has 4 different styles of Ginger Ted coats and they all fit him very well.
