Stay away from Ginmon. Since end of last year, they have had an internal restructuring. Since then, the customer service has dropped significantly in speed and quality. No answer for months despite multiple messages.

Well working website, easy to finance product. The costs are based on the amount of money you have on your account, so this is easy as well. The service is always there, friendly and forwardly helpful.
I have moved away from Ginmon and needed to move my securities account to another bank. This was the most painful experience so far. Their neobank partner is not listed anywhere and the whole process seems to be chaotic.

Ginmon powers Bunq stocks but does not allow citizens of Russian Federation to use this service.
The restriction applies to me even though I live in France since 2015 and I also have French citizenship.
Looks like racism.

Many different Portfolio Ideas and transparent pricing
Very transparent fee structure, easy account opening process. The account overview is very well structured and you can even get push messages, when the rebalancing has taken place.
This is a robo-advisor how it should be, even different themes can be invested in and Ginmon will make sure, that the portfolio is well balanced.

Great robo-advisor for everybody
Great robo-advisor for everybody. I am not an expert for investment, so Ginmon takes care of my investment stress free. Its app is very user-friendly and it is also available in English which is not a common thing in Germany. I highly recommend Ginmon to everyone!

Great product and easy layout for a better overview. Ginmon is really helpful for people who do not want to be super involved in their savings.
Also the feature for subaccounts are awesome, if you are planning a small fonds for your children etc.
And the costs are fairly low on comparison for the service :)
