I received a pair of beautiful boots from Gipsy Dharma as a gift after longing for them for years! I wasn't the one who made the order, so I can't say much for the ordering process, but my boyfriend had no problems and actually said they arrived sooner than expected. :) Thank you for making beautiful products that make the wearer feel like an ethereal being!! So much love! ❤❤❤

I've bought 3 pairs of boots and a jacket... love the look and the quality the only issues I've had was 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock in the color I wanted after my order was processed. I worked with the company (via Facebook message) and was able to get a hold gipsy daharma and we worked out another color (regardless of price difference) and received it in under a week. It was disappointing not to get the color I ordered but was still happy with the product. I just recently ordered a pair of boots that were on sale and after having issues in the past, I emailed her the day after the ordered to make sure the color I wanted was in stock (I was nervous about the free shipping that the color I wanted would go to someone who paid for the faster shipping and I would be in the same boat as before). She quickly respond to me and shipped it within that week (free shipping was 28-30 days) so I am very satisfied with this ordered :)

When I initially ordered, communication was excellent. However, while the boots were indeed high quality and beautiful, they are far longer than knee high and therefore had to exchange. But like the other negative reviews have indicated, communication becomes horrendous and almost non-existent. Eventually I contacted Paypal and they issued a refund. While the boots are indeed lovely, I advise against ordering from this company especially since their returns/exchange process is a complete scam.

The boots did not fit, and it was impossible to contact the company as they simply ignore any email you send. Sent the return to the address included with the shipment for returns, and it was never accepted. Sounds like this is the typical story with this company. Learn from our mistakes and do not do business with them. Ever. They are a fraud.

I have ordered 2 pairs of these boots - one being the Clockwork Fairy knee high boots and one being the Miss Perfect Over the Knee boots. They are both so fabulous and soft and wonderful!! They fit great and seem to require no "breaking in time", they are comfortable right out of the box. Shipping was fast and they send out an email with a tracking number right when the boots ship!
Just ordered my 3rd pair and cannot wait to get them !

Incredibly comfy boots

After several attempts to get a hold of the company, I was finally able to get a refund of the boots, that I had ordered for my wedding and never received. They wanted to ship me a new pair of boots, but when I stated I was getting married the following day and the boots would never get here in time, they did refund my money. I have never had a problem ordering online before, but I am a lot more cautious now.

i love my new custom made boots, however it was somewhat difficult to contact and get questions answered that i had before placing my rather expensive order. love the boots though!

I was gifted a pair of Plum colored ankle high boots. I have lusted for a pair of these boots for several years. They are so unique, beautiful and sexy. I should have ordered one size larger but I an going to wear them anyway. The soft leather will stretch in time to deliver a perfect fit. One pair is never enough with so many color and heel choices now available. These boots ROCK.

Wow, these are by far the most beautiful and well-made shoes I've ever owned! I get tons of compliments every time I wear them and I feel so comfortable and confident and sexy while I'm in them. I chose the "Galaxy Dream" style in the to-the-knee size and I love them so much. They are so unique and make me feel like some kind of forest nymph. I ordered during a sale and got free shipping and 20% off my order, but accidently ordered a size too large (actually, 2 sizes too large) so I had to return them. The cost to send them back and forth from England (since I live in the US) was a bit pricey, so I would recommend sizing down if you order them. I usually wear a size 7.5 - 8 US and I ordered a size 6, just FYI. I hope you love your boots as much as I do!!!

I absolutely love Gipsydharma wear, so well constructed, versatile items that are adjustable to fit most shapes and sizes. I love all the photos sent in by wearers that are so happy with their purchases that they want to share in their love of well crafted functional art. The company is very generous and do many giveaways, which is nice for those that may think that they can not afford such fine quality items, well worth every cent(in my opinion). Customer service is exemplary, always making sure that their customers are 100% satisfied. I am couldn't be more pleased with my items, I wear them all the time and get so many compliments, its a win/win situation, you get artfully made items and support a great artist plus, the admiration of others who also appreciate fine craftwomanship as well!

Absolutely gorgeous shoes! I ordered the knee high chocolate brown boots and they arrived within a week and are stunning and very comfortable. Fully recommend :)

I absolutely love my gorgeous new boots. They're beautifully made, soft and ridiculously comfortable! I definitely recommend getting the half size larger. I did and they fit perfectly. The communication throughout was faultless, and delivery was really quick. The boots are lovely soft leather, so follow Gipsy Dharmas instructions and look after them and you'll have no problems! I have purchased 3 pairs of Gipsy Dharma boots, I love them. Excellent company to deal with. I love the quality and comfort of the boots. I highly recommend them.

The boots are exceptional in design and quality. One style ran larger than labeled but an exchange was easily made with good communication from the company. I have since made another purchase and I am extremely pleased with everything about this company! My second purchase was done using a $100 gift certificate that I won on facebook. I highly recommend gipsy dharma as a very reputable company!

in April, my husband offered to buy me a pair of my Dream Boots for my birthday, but when i went to order them, my specific size was listed as Sold Out. i emailed the company, asking if/when they would be available again, and while looking into it they found one more pair in my size in-stock, and i was able to purchase it from them! BEST BIRTHDAY GIFT EVER!!!

the boots are just what i thought they would be; Dreamy! they fit as if they were a part of me, and i get compliments on them whenever i wear them, which is as often as i can! i've never loved a pair of shoes or boots as much as i love my Gipsy Dharmas!!

the ONLY problem that i have with my boots is my own fault, not of the company: the boots i ordered are EXACTLY my size, so much-so that if i wear anything other than thin netting-socks, i get a blister on each of my pinky-toes. as i said, it's a fault of my own: i should have ordered a half-a-size larger and didn't, and i don't want to go through the Returning process, so i just need to wear thin socks. other then that, i would recommend (and have recommended) Gipsy Dharma's boots to anyone and everyone i know!

good Customer Service, high-quality craftsmanship, and AMAZING products! i hope to get more pairs (in other colors and styles) in the future! I LOVE GIPSY DHARMA!!!

Yes, the boots are comfy, but make sure you order the right size first time. I was told I could return the pair I got which turned out to be too small, for a refund. I followed the returns instructions to the letter. I emailed the seller as I could see that the boots had not been collected, despite Royal Mail attempting delivery. All my emails were ignored. Eventually I had to open a dispute with PayPal and today, thankfully, they refunded me.
The returns address is different to the address that the company is registered to and there are various different names attached to the company, despite the claims on the website that 'Gipsy Dharma' is a single person dealing with all enquiries and the running of the business. It is certainly NOT all it seems.

I bought 3 pairs of boots, one of them was NOWHERE near what it was supposed to look like in the pictures. The other one they sent the wrong color. They refused to answer any of my emails or facebook messages even though I had just spent $600 with them and it was THEIR mistake. Plus the soles of these boots are very badly made.

I ordered boots in my size and the sent boots that were too small. I returned the boots but have yet to get my exchange or even offered a refund. I haven't got a return email since the email telling me to send in my return. I filed a dispute with PayPal just to get my money back and I'm still out the $70 it cost to send in my return. I would NOT do business with them again.
