They do not communicate or respond to instagram comments/dms or emails. checked to see if anyone responded and noticed their website was down as well like the review below said

My bank has refunded me my money as they failed to deliver the item i ordered. Bunch of time wasters! go elsewhere

The coats aren't handmade, they're made in China. The quality is terrible, I had a hole in mine and marks. I ordered two coats and still haven't had no tracking for the other coat. SCAMMERS!! Save your money and look for a trust worthy company that will actually give you good quality items instead of a company that wants to take your money quick. Contacted them twice and still ignored. Their website was down the other day and now magically up so someone is seeing the e-mails and choosing to ignore them.

I thought they'd been good for I've seen them on a Instagrammer I know, I guess that was paid promotion. Never again will I ever make this same mistake again. Put me right off ordering from instagram shops.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND YOU CAN TAKE THIS DAMN COAT BACK TOO! If I was local I would have personally delivered it back to you guys.

The worst experience i’ve ever had with a company! No communication, bad customer service, didn’t even reply to emails, and i never got my product even after weeks of waiting! Asked for a refund and they ignored me, so i called my bank and told the company that if they don’t process my refund they will make a dispute with their company. That clearly scared them, so they just cancelled my order and gave me my refund. Worst company will never order from them again.

Got it in time for my daughter’s birthday. Staff were very helpful.

Ordered a jacket from this site under the impression that it’d arrive before Christmas as promised. Jacket arrived today, about 20 days late- some shedding, as expected, not sure how it’ll wear in the long run. DREADFUL and unprofessional customer service! Didn’t respond to emails, and this seems to be the case for many. If you are considering buying from this company, be prepared to wait about a month longer for shipping than promised & definitely don’t expect for them to get back to you about anything.

Can somebody tell me if you can get a track and trace code when you order here its been 31 days and still nothing I live in the Netherlands

This company is terrible! i ordered over a month ago and still no order! They are ignoring my emails and my DMs. I'm so upset my hard earned money gone to waste.

Second time buying from this black owned company. The quality is amazing but shipping does take long.

Stay away from this company....... I placed an order in December for Xmas and only received a response from them late Jan 2019 to apologise for the delay with my order.
I informed them by email that I had cancelled the order via my bank and had received my money back.
They are a shambles!

Dont Use The Company. Invest Your Money Elsewhere. Ive Emailed Numerous Times , Theyve IGNORED, Even Dm’d They Replied But As Soon As I Responded No Message Back Until I Emailed Again After A Week, Again A Reply Then I Responded. No Response After That. Placed My Order 3rd January And Literally Have Not Received Nothing To Say There Might Be A Delay Or The Order Is Gonna Take Abit Longer , NO NOTHING. Customer Service Is Extremely Poor Aswell As Contact Details Is Poor No Number Just An Email That Clearly Doesn’t Get Checked. Hard Work Of Money Gone To Waste.

Absolutely awful and stay well clear. I ordered a coat over a month ago and still haven't received it. There is only a mobile number on the website which is off every time I have called it and they have returned none of my calls. I've emailed numerous times for a refund and this has been ignored. Never have I encountered such appalling service.

Do not order from here!! Awful company. My item never arrived within the time stated and messages ignored. Asked for order to be cancelled and requested a refund. They have now lied and told me a refund has gone through when it has not.. they can't provide any proof of this either.

Disgusting. customer service and rude attitude when chased refund and not willing to contact Stripe to check the status of it.
