Wonderful tripod. Lightweight and sturdy. Easy to use.

Not only did I buy a tripod that I had always wanted for $110 off, I got a coupon for a $220 backpack for $5. Who does that? I have only used the tripod twice since I bought it and it was everything I expected. Thank you Gitzo.

I recently purchased both the noted tripod and camera backpack. Both items are of excellent quality and even more than I expected. The tripod is stable, lightweight, and adjusts smoothly and quickly. The backpack is of high quality materials and carries all of my needed equipment, including the tripod, comfortably. The transaction with Gitzo was quick and delivered timely. Gitzo products are of top of the line.

High quality products (but at a price that matches quality) and quick supply. Recommended if you want to buy once a decade rather than once a year.

It never was delivered and I still have no resolve. Yesterday I wrote to customer service to request my money back. It was to be delivered on 15th December and it is now 6 January. I leave for a big trip in a few days.

Easy to navigate website, purchasing straight forward and product arrived on time, well packaged. Would use this site again.

16/12/2021 Tripod has not been received. Weeks of back and forth emails:

Tripod has not been received, there appears to be a lot of confusion with the courier who appears to have left the box outside.

17/12/2021 Updated my review to be fair to Gitzo after matter was finally resolved.

Received my Gitzo traveler tripod and very happy with it. It is light, compact but at the same time pretty rigid. I do wish it had a lever clamp on the Arca clamp but I am getting used the screw clamp. I did think of switching it over but after using for a while will probably just leave it as is. I am happily surprised at how rigid it is when fully extended. I find I am carrying this tripod more and more over my Manfrotto but just because of the weight difference.

Recently bought a Gitzo Adventury 30l back pack great product, the chest strap clip broke now I am having a nightmare with customer support they are telling me they don't do spares and they are sorry, so my 2 month old £200 backpack has no chest strap and they are sorry unbelievable they do not answer phones ask you leave a message and do not call back. Never known nothing like it

The tripod is fabulous. The carry strap is a little awkward especially when compared to the excellent quick release system made by Peak Design. The bag is large and beautifully made. It’s holds my Nikon D7500 with a 70-200 f/2.8 mounted and a 16 MacBook Pro in a dedicated sleeve compartment. Camera access is good, but the dividers intended to organize additional lens etc. don’t work well.

Exceptionally pleased with camera bag, also delivery was as promised. However I signed up for your newsletter before I purchased the bag as you said I would receive a discount on my first purchase, this you singularly failed to do.

Couldn’t be easier or better.

My one concern with the tripod is the screw on feet[pads]. They easy come loose. In fact I lost 2 of them in the normal use of the tripod. I have purchased others that are for furniture. They have a longer screw shaft and do not come unscrewed. Suggest you lengthen the shaft. Also maybe have an ability to lock so they don't come unscrewed.
