I would highly recommend PLS as an interpreter since 2018, to all interpreters and professionals out there. Don’t hesitate to reach out to fill the language gaps.

Unprofessional and unethical
Unprofessional, unethical and don't pay their interpreters.
Update: I was upset too, and I did reach out to you to resolve the issue, but you refused. Hence the review. You only became interested to resolve it months later – after you noticed my review a few days ago. I can see that you quickly summoned your colleagues to write positive reviews en masse – all of them but one are dated 5 April, the same day as your response to me. Isn’t that cheating the review process? Or have they all suddenly “naturally” decided one day, on the very same day, to sing praises to your company? That shows once again how “professional” you are. And “fiercely committed” indeed – to your own profits.
