A better way.
I had three old laptops that I had been planning on disposing of in some way. I decided to check with Gizmogo. I was amazed when they made me an offer to purchase them. I would definitely use them again when I have another electronic device to sell or dispose of.

Great Customer Service

Quick Refund for Surface Pro
I had a Microsoft Surface Pro that I hadn't been using in a while and wondered if I could get anything for it. After a quick search I came across Gizmodo online. I searched and quickly found out I could get money for it by just sending it in. They sent me a pre-paid FedEx label, I sent it off and within days they contacted me that it was inspected and my money would arrive in days.

Easy and convenient- would use again
Very convenient and easy way to sell my old phone. They sent me a box/label to safely send back my phone, quickly inspected it and easy and quick payments. There was an issue with the payment via Zelle but this was quickly resolved with a chat with customer support. Would recommend and will use again.

Electonics Recycling
I have used Gizmogo for trade-in/disposal of electronic equipment that I no longer use. I was looking for an eco-friendly disposal solution for equipment that still had value and I did not want to take it to the landfill. I live on the east coast, so the shipping is free, and the service was fast. I highly recommend this service for recycling electronics.

Gizmogo's willing to requote, provided it's reasonable.
I was trying to sell my used charging dock for my phone, AirPods, and watch to Gizmogo. The device was semi-functional and Gizmogo was recommended as a service that takes used devices by Google. When I sent it over as an unknown device, they initially offered $4, which was ridiculous, to say the least. I replied giving a more reasonable quote and an explanation for why the quote should be $15 which was determined based on the amazon market price of the product and the present state of the device. They agreed to do so.
Gizmogo is a service where the people involved are able to accommodate a higher quote, provided an explanation is given. While I may not speak for everyone, I can say that I will definitely consider Gizmogo when I am looking to sell used devices in the future especially devices with slight imperfections.
