Don't deal with this company
This company sent what I considered a lowball figure for a device, but I went with it because they seemed honest and straight forward.
I was given an estimated price of $50.00, sent the device and didn't hear from them saying they received the device and it under review until I filed a complaint with the BBB.
They then responded saying the device wasn't the device described to be sold, but the item was exactly as described in the about settings and the device as registered with the company when purchased.
When the company did respond saying that device was not the same device and the device was now valued at $30.00. I called to find out the reason and why they didn't properly respond, I was told the reason for the reduced amount and in fact the email was wrong and the price was now $17.00. The reduced price was probably a result of the BBB complaint.
This company puts on a good front but are really scammers. While I see lots of 5 star reviews, other review sites have claimed they post false reviews themselves.

Also, I spoke to you before the complaint was made and from what I recall you were being rude and didn't want the device back. I can insure you that all our reviews are from customers that have been in contact with me, we did have a customer service change during the time you sent in your device, so I do want to apologize for the wait, however I can insure you that has been changed since then, and we actually spoke again after this review and you were satisfied with the payout. This process was really easy and slick with Gizmogo. I filled out their form, answering a few questions about the iphone X I was selling and they immediately sent me a pre-paid mailing label to send the phone in.. Less than a week later I was paid what they said they would pay me.. It was easier and better than I had thought it would be and great that they will be able to repurpose my old phone and not have it end up in a landfill somewhere.

Honestly, their process was the easiest to go through ever. I had to return my son's phone but was having trouble with T-mobile since the phone was technically originally a Sprint phone. I found Gizmogo online, followed the easy steps, sent the phone back, then got the money credited to my Pay Pal. All was done super quickly. I couldn't be more impressed.
