Money, money, money...
Request made for a psychologist support , rejected based on the ground that my suffering had complex roots. They promote on the website that they offer psychological support for cases covered by psychologists, which was my case, and then they make arbitral decisions which are money driven instead of people care. In what world psychological issues are meant to be simple ?

appointment was very quick (3 days rather that 12 weeks) the Cardiologist was super friendly and very thorough explaining in great detail what he was doing and why, and offered a very re-assuring after care service for peace of mind, would recommend this professional to anyone without hesitation.

Leeking roof unhandled close to a year
I have file a claim about a leeking roof in January. The case is still not settled, and the roof is still leeking.
First they have sent here a guy, who was ridicoulus- did not even check the roof, but said how cheap it will be.
I had to ask them in May to restart the case.
And there is still no decision, however I called myself a craftman and they also sent here already one.
Will that roof ever get done? It is still leeking...
The price for the insurance was over 30 000 dkk and no service from Gjensidige's side.
We called them, wrote mails, and now I had to turn to Ankeforsikring.
And they are so good in telling how it is okay.
Very upsetting process.
AND THE ROOF IS STILL LEEKING MAN!!!

Unprofessional and potentially dangerous rejection of insurance benefits
I asked only once for access to insurance benefits regarding a potentially urgent serious medical condition and was rejected after waiting for 2 days. The reasoning was totally inconsistent with medical practices with no way of knowing the seriousness of the condition. After filling a complaint with them regarding the grounds of rejection and going to a public doctor, for which I was very lucky to find an appointment due to a last minute cancelation, they referred me to a specialist.
