ignored for week/months /years, far more expensive than quoted, avoid at all cost,rude, unable to contact by phone 90% of the time, months by email 4 times what i was told it would cost and i did most the work for them, you have been warned. and now the company want my real details so they can do some thing to me.

They were very slow and unfriendly . I was charged for every thing they could possibly think of and their bill was far more than their original estimate, They acted as if I were a nuisance not their client . I don’t trust this firm to give hood advice or service ,

Probably the rudest receptionist I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to, I strongly urge anyone to check their 1 star reviews prior to contacting them. Absolutely appalling avoid!

Verry disappointing service
From day one the communication of what was going on, attitude of the staff, customer service and understanding that I was 'a client' was horrendous. I often wondered what I was paying for and felt a complete inconvenience to them. I was spoken too regularly with an unprofessional attitude. With several properties to sell in the future I would never use Glaisyers again

I've never known a firm to be so slow in doing there job.

It needs to be more custom efficient it needs to improve on its efforts to work with the paying client not be so flippent using this company cost me a lot more for its none efficiently had to move another solicitor to finish off a divorce

After meeting with the Head of the Corporate Team and signing their terms, I was ignored for over two weeks even though I called and wrote on a few occasions. Absolutely appalling and unprofessional.

I was about to buy a property pre auction and Kathryn O'Rourke was a life saver for me!
The seller and the other solicitor were worse than bad as they did not respond normally, were very slow and were trying to steal money from me, and Kathryn was always replying to my emails/ calls very swiftly and professionally!

My sale took 3 months because of the seller and his solicitor, and she always had the time for me!
She made sure that i do not pay more than i have to and she saved me a lot of money!

If you are looking for a solicitor who will act for YOU and will answer your email and calls then use Kathryn O'Rourke!

We found them very unfriendly, asked at least twice for documents they already had from us which seems very inefficient . Very little communication from them without us contacting them to ask for updates , would not recommend.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Kathryn O'Rourke for her help on purchasing my first home! From day one she has been amazing, very helpful explaining processes and answered all of my questions when I didn't quite understand. We were dealing with an extremely difficult solicitor on the sellers side and Kathryn was very percistant. I've already highly recommended her to friends buying their first homes and will certainly be calling her again if we ever decide to purchase another home.

I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied at the service I received from Kathryn O'Rourke and her team. They were efficient, easy to contact, prompt in responding, approachable, very knowledgeable, pleasant and they instilled me with great confidence at every stage of selling my house. Above all, they communicated in plain English and did not complicate the process with legal jargon, which made the whole thing much, much easier. I would recommend Kathryn and Glaisyers 110%. I have used the firm for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else for legal support.

I was always impressed with the speed with which the conveyancing team at Glaisyers responded to enquiries from all parties involved in the sales - usually within a day (many times faster than the two week response times from another party's solicitor).  The team were fair when waiting for a response, and politely enquired about progress when the delays became unreasonable.

Glaisyers was recommended by my broker as a new solicitor firm to work with. Our initial engagement seemed positive and very prompt. Kathryn O’Rourke is then appointed for my case. As my purchase was an auction transaction, speed is key.

Kathryn was on point in getting over reports, messages and updates throughout the whole process. The level of service she provided was exceptional and very professional. She did a lot of work behind the scenes, speaking with seller solicitor, lender underwriter and broker, on top of that she provided me with relevant updates at appropriate times. Keeping me informed should there be anything I needed to do. This helped me keep calm.

After a few phone calls and emails exchanged, my trust level for Kathryn has gone up. I trusted that when we hit an obstacle, we could find the solution for it. She did exactly that, while protecting my interest and safety throughout.

On completion, I felt grateful that Glaisyers fee were very reasonable given the quality. I highly recommend Kathryn and have already started directing friends towards them for their purchases.
