Glam Golf have fulfilled a couple of custom orders for me now. I have been very impressed with the quality of the products, they communicate well with customers and produced exactly what I wanted in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing product! I ordered a driver head cover which I received today and I am so happy with it. Quality is amazing! Communication was great from start to finish and it arrived within the delivery time quoted. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting a unique club

Initially had a set of headcovers from Glam Golf and the product was great, along with good communication from the team. However, I then wanted a larger order for a customer golf day - where I had specifically asked for a delivery date ahead of the event, which the team promised to have it ready for. I checked a few days ahead of the event and was again promised the delivery would arrive. Sadly, the order never arrived and I still haven't received it even after the event. Dreadful performance, I won't use again.

Wow!!! My head covers arrived and I am over the moon! I can’t believe the quality, I now want all my head covers done lol.
A little slow getting back to me during the process but I can only image it’s because they’re so busy.
Very helpful in the design process and the product is simply superb.

I ordered some valuables bags with a custom design before my friends and I went on our golf trip to Myrtle Beach. They were all delighted when i handed them out. As usual with Glam Golf and absolutely top quality product I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Superb! Over the moon with the products that as soon as they arrived I ordered another! I gave them a few things I wanted on the head covers for them to design and it looks fantastic! Great quality and detail! They was even able to embroid ‘Congratulations’ on the inside for me! Perfect bespoke gift for any golf lover and my partner loved receiving them! Quick response times from Glam too! Thank you and I will deff be ordering more in the future :)

After struggling to find a gift for my father for my wedding I came across Glam, and I'm so thankful that I did. I reached out late at night and they returned with a draft design of my idea by the morning, I was over the moon with draft so asked for it to go ahead. The only issue that I had is that I'd left it too late given the 3 week lead time...that was no problem for Glam however who pulled out all the stops to get the headcover made and delivered within 4 days of commissioning given the circumstances.
I really cannot express how thankful I am to them for their efforts, the quality of their product (which is amazing and one of a kind) and above all their customer service.

If you want a bespoke headcover with great customer service and made to a extremely high quality, look no further than Glam - they really are the ones to beat.

I'll certainly be going back to them for a piece of my own as I'm a bit jealous of the headcover my Dad now has...

Contacted the team at Glam-Golf for some ideas for a fairway headcover for an upcoming golf trip to the Algarve.
We already had a design in mind for our trip and they quickly responded with a mock up, which looked amazing. Not sure of what colour leather to use, mock ups were sent in 5 colours to chose from.
Still unable to decide, they produced 24 in 3 colours, which were produced and supplied in less than 3 weeks, which was the indicated lead time.
WOW, the quality is fantastic and have already placed an order more more items.

Even though i did not have a big order the guys worked to refine the design of my Custom Driver cover and delivered the product quickly. I was delighted with the quality of the cover itself and the embroidered logo and text came out really well. My expectations were definitely exceeded on all fronts.

Contacted Glam Golf via Email. Had good communications from the owner. Helped with any queries I had & produced me an unreal set of headcovers. Definitely recommend Glam!! Keep up the hard work guys!!

Really shocked at some of the reviews. I ordered 2 golf covers last year which were absolutely amazing. The communications were brilliant too. They sent me a head cover that I didn’t order by accident and let me keep it.
I have recently been in contact with them again as I now want another head cover and the communication again has been spot on. So yes I am very shocked at some of the reviews.
All in all great experience for me personally. Thank you Glam Golf !!

I emailed Glam Golf and they were initially very responsive. When I made an order they suddenly went completely silent. I gave them a week before reaching out again. Still nothing so I tried Facebook after another week. I tried twice more over Facebook and email but after a total of 4 weeks still heard nothing. I guess they must be doing a lot of business of they can afford to ignore orders.

Ordered a personalised golf club cover. Sent a rough idea of the design I wanted and they managed to design it exactly how I wanted. The quality and stitching were great and better than expected. When I placed the order they advised that it would take a few weeks as they were busy, managing my expectations. Once complete it came straight away. Would 100% recommend and advise ordering a month or so ahead if required for a special occasion. Great price and well worth it.

After having used the Company for a few years and putting up with terrible customer service on communication I stayed with them as the product was good. Now after my first ever return and terrible communication with them I now find myself blocked. No hassle for me as I’ll find another professional company but be warned. Just read the so many posts on potential customers being ignored.
