The address I sent my 3 lenses back was signed by you as it the address on vision lenses. If you felt you were not part of a scam you would have emailed me. Don’t worry guys this is going to trading standards and police. Have not had a refund you deserve to be shut down

Was a bit apprehensive to order from this seller at first reading some of the reviews , but I need not have worried! I ordered my lenses yesterday the 6th March 2023 got free delivery and was notified that they were on the way,and I had them safely and promptly delivered this morning the 7th!!! Genuine solotica lenses a fabulous vivid blue 😊 the same brand I always order and have struggled to find since we left the EU !! As I used to order from a company in Paris .But I have now found a reliable source with glam lenses . I will most certainly be purchasing my lenses from Glam lenses in future. I'm not the only one!
It seems I'm not the only one! I sent a query 2 days ago regarding the order I wanted to place. The notification said I would have a response within 24 hours. I heard nothing so I placed the order today because I need the lenses urgently. The money went out immediately, but they cancelled several hours later due to insufficient stock. I've just received an email to say I will get my refund in 3 to 5 days! In the meantime I need to pay someone else. This was a big order for a year's supply. Why does the website allow an order for stock which doesn't exist? Appalling, don't use them!
