It's a scam ! I have never received my order and the website has been closed and e-mails can't be send to the "support" address. It's a total scam. I will initiate a Chargeback Procedure with Mastercard. Everyone who's been scammed should do the same.

I totally agree with all reviews - they are fraud, low quality and for reimbursement they give address in China.
Do not buy at any means there!

I am having the same experience with a 3 way air cooler from Glamorix.nl , that all the worst reviews have mirrored back to me. Late arrival, faulty goods, sympathetic,polite fob off that refuses to send return details or agree to a refund. Then when you press further for your legal rights, you get the silent treatment and no more mails.The other reviews have saved me fruitlessly persuing a refund any further, since it's never going to happen!
This company runs a very slick and comprehensively clever deception. Not smart and not moral. It's one big con!
I wish it would be possible, for all who have been deceived and conned by this company; to club together with a massive civil law suit. Never going to happen though. It is criminal that Glamorix.nl will keep getting away with this despicable scam
This company needs a different scale of 1 to 5. One where they are in a court room, facing a guilty charge. The 1 to 5 scale is how many years in jail you think they should get. I vote 5...anyone with me,?

I have got the worst online shopping experience with Glamorix.nl.They have very low quality articles that the pictures they upload on their website/online shopping site does not reflect the articles.
Their customer service is very poor and their return policy is the worst in the whole wide world.After several unsuccessful attempt to send back an unfitted jacket to their shop in Nederlands

I bought a USB stock 4TB and it did not work and they shipped from China. It took so long and it did not work at all with my Mac computer. I need to return back to China with the registered mail which cost a lot of price to ship back to China.

Complete scam - they sell the same poor quality items as temu but for 4 times the price! They do not offer returns and customer service don’t respond and is likely AI. Don’t buy from Glamorix!

Ordered product over 2 months ago and it is yet to arrive and with no support from their customer support

It is a badly store, the don't manage at all, I ordered a lamp and the delivery person put outside and it was stolen and i let them know about it, so they have an automatic message and it is not nice, their phone number doesn't work either, so you can't trust to this website. It is not professional at all.
I suggest you, don't buy anything there if you can't get an answer for a seller.

Drop shipping combined with scam.
Items do not match pictures and descriptions, poor quality, leather becomes poyester by magic.

Seller becomes silent when you ask for return and refund
