Looked online for prices, seemed reasonable. Tried to phone ahead, phone was answered but no one speaking! Decided to visit only to be told a price which was almost double than advertised on internet. Apparently it’s not updated (obviously). Walked away. False advertising

Absolutely terrible service at glamour forever in Redditch! 2 of my daughters ages 14 and 15 went in to have acrylic nails done for Christmas within 24hrs both sets of nails had come off with great ease! Their dad has taken them back into store following a phone call from myself reassured the would fix it or refund only to be told once arriving they have pulled them off how can you pull acrylic off! And that I need to email pictures to head office. Both my girls have experience in acrylic nails never has this ever happened before. Absolutely appalling never ever will I used this brand again!

Absolutely terrible service . I had my eye brows waxed last Friday and the girl used over heated wax and burnt my eye lid. Advice given was to put an ice cube on . Avoid this place .

Every time I come into the whiterose store we are welcomed with the most lovely staff, I think Roman/raman is the lady who does my brows she gets them spot on every time I couldn’t recommend her enough she is really sweet and does the best job,always giving us compliments when we come in, I also get my toes and biabs done here amazing as well my toenails stayed on till they grew out could not recommend them enough such lovely staff

I went to get my eyelashes done in manorwalks asked if I have done a patch test and I said yes as I have and they weren’t really sure and were acting weird so they done them paid £25 and Wilkes up the next day to half of them of and digging in my eye.

I went to get my eyebrows threaded and found it was a new lady. When we had finished there was no shape to my eyebrows and she seemed unsure of what to do. The lighting isn't great so I got home and checked-they had not changed maybe a little tidier. I contacted head office who were fantastic-refunded me and when I can get back I have a free treatment too. It's not local for me and I've been using them for about 10 years and always been happy with the results. I cannot fault Pam's customer service and I am more than happy to go back and get the results I'm used to. Thank you GlamourForever great customer service and a company that cares.

Asked for an eyelash lift and tint. Was told I needed a patch test which was fair enough so went back the next day to have the eyelash lift and tint done. Whilst there i overheard somebody else ask for a treatment when asked if they had had a patch test and they hadnt they still proceeded to carry out the treatment.
Couldn't really see what they had done whilst there as I had my eyes closed so long it took a while to adjust, so when I got home I realised my eyelashes were as straight as they were when I got there and half of my lashes were still blonde, no wonder i wasnt offered a receipt and it states on website no refund policy.
I have tried to contact but no reply as of yet. Very disappointing for £45.

After a few weeks of being ill, I popped into what I thought was my usual nail salon in The White Rose Centre, Leeds, only to find it had been sold to Glamour Forever. I asked for a price list but they did not have one. I told them I wanted acrylic nail extensions so they gave me a price and there was a 10 minute wait. I waited nearly one hour as there was only one technician working. It was the most stressful experience. The ladies working there were speaking in their own language and shouting across the salon at each other, nearly every member of staff were on their mobile phones and even when my technician was doing my nails, she kept stopping to look at her phone. If someone came into the salon she knew she would start having a conversation with them. Not once did she speak to me apart from the beginning when she asked me what shape I wanted my nails to be. When I chose the nail gel colour I wanted it was out of stock, this happened three times and I ended up with a colour that I was not happy with but I chose it just to get out quickly. To make matters worse they got an electrician in to replace a ceiling light and he was climbing ladders inbetween ladies having their beauty treatment, banging in the ceiling and fitting new wires. Never again. It was the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. I honestly think they are not bothered about their reputation and cannot see them lasting long. Hopefully.
