THIS COMPANY IS SENDING OUT PRIORITY BOXES WITHOUT PAYING FOR THEM. THE CUSTOMER HAS TO PAY FOR THEM. THEY'RE SCAMMING BECAUSE THEY'RE FILING FOR BANKRUPTCY....TRIFLING ASSHOLES!!!

Most of they're wigs are advertised on the online photo in stock but once you click on the details it shows up sold out, that is very annoying while searching for wigs, they're website should be updated/upgraded with only the wigs/items that they do have in stock and not what's been sold out for the longest time.

Disappointed... Although I was pleased with the price, product, and delivery for years.

This year I am disappointed... Can't order but one wig of the style you prefer.. limited availability of wigs.... Not allowed to order lowest shipping rate.... system jumps to expensive rates....product no longer arrives on promised date....

Quite a delay from USPS in shipping to the UK, but the wait was worth it.

This used to be one of my favorite companies to order from until now! I had to go out of town for a funeral and placed an order on a Monday, paid extra to receive it in 1 to 3 business days., which would allow me to have it delivered before leaving early Sat morning! Every time I checked the order, it had not been shipped! I sent emails and called since they assure customers that they value them and will respond in a timely manner! My emails were ignored and of course there is no answer when I called! Sad to say, I did not receive the package before going to My Uncles funeral! Here it is Monday again, a whole week later, and the package is supposed to arrive this evening! I paid the extra shipping costs for Nothing!!! I am highly disappointed and angry with this experience! I won’t be recommending or shopping with this company Again!!! But obviously they could care less!!!

Ladies beware They will delete your reviews. If you tell them the brutal truth about the wig if it's horrible it's just horrible accept it smh I will never buy from them ever again

Glamourtress is a horrible online hair store. I ordered several items. They sent the wrong items and I only received half of the order. They claim that they would return my money for the items that they didn't send, however they never returned the money. This store takes your money and does not send your product you bought.

I used to use this site as my go-to for affordable wigs but I just received the wrong color wig with the right color tag attached like they're trying to pull one over on me. When I went to return,their return policy not only puts the shipping entirely on the customer, there's also a minimum 20% restocking fee which could go up to 50% for arbitrary reasons, AND you have to notify them you're returning the item by a certain amount of days through email so if they don't see your email you're out of luck. This is a Scam with a capital $.

Edit: I used their contact page form to contact them about the order and received an undeliverable message so how would they get any messages about returns?? Error email with changed email address below:

While Glamourtress has decent pricing for wigs, their site lacks when it comes to inventory. Many items are still in the website showing as an available option when in fact once you click on the item, excited to get a cute piece only to discover it’s sold out in every color. Continuously emailing customer service is a joke. They don’t even care to return emails to me at this point. Customer service should come with a tone of appreciation for return customers to come back wanting to spend their hard earned money with you. I have spent several hundreds if not thousands and I can’t get a phone call or email. I would not recommend at this point.

I ordered two wigs from Glamourtress in medium brown. When they were received, they were jet black and there was no return shipping label provided. I contacted them to initiate a return for refund of payment. They insisted the correct color was shipped. I filed a complaint with the BBB and repeated my dissatisfaction with the products I received. They feigned ignorance at first and finally stated they had no intention of providing a refund. Not only did they lie about the product color, but by virtue of the fact no shipping return label was provided is proof of a no refund or return policy. Unfortunately this experience was a valuable lesson for me. I no longer purchase any products from beauty supply products stores in person or online. They are liars and thieves.

I made a purchase in January, they took my money, but I never got the product, still have not received my refund. Emailed them several times, made calls no response.
The company has gone way done hill!

I've given your company more than enough time to either find my package, deliver my package or refund my money, none of the actions have been taken. I've tried calling the customer service number listed on your website, the phone rings out with no answering service. I've emailed you twice, I've received one response with no followup sense, it's now been well over a week. The lack of communication is completely unacceptable. You've taken over one hundred dollars from me, and I have not received my product, this is theft.

OMG! THEY DELETED MY REVIEW OF BUTTA LACE #5!!! If you think I'm lying, check it out yourself. All of the Butta units are horrible. These units are too costly for them not to last beyond a week. Of course they have other units; however, I won't be shopping with them again simply because they don't care what people receive as long as the company is making money by withholding information.

I have ordered from them several times and always received my packages. Really the best prices I have found on wigs for black women. Once they did send me a straight blonde wig instead of the curly wet and wavy I ordered. I did t really complain. It was the same quality and company and color. They won’t refund missing 📦 boxes. I called several times and they did a US Postal Service investigation. They never refunded me for that. I didn’t order from them for 2 years but finally went back because their prices are the most competitive I have found online for wigs specifically for black women. And a good range of human hair wigs at good prices.so just beware if your package goes missing for any reason they will not replace it. Other than that they have been a good company for me.

This company is stealing from their customers, I order three items two weeks ago. Did not get any packages. COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY!

Will never recommend do yourself a favor and keep looking. Terrible customer service paid extra for shipping and customer service would not return my shipping cost after waiting almost a month. When I went to the post office I was told the company (glamourtress) had to initiate the return process and they wouldn’t even do that.

I have never ever had a problem with this company, it’s my go 2:). Fast shipping and I always recommend u to my customers. Keep up the good work:)

Ordered 2 wigs for one of my clients that were supposed to be 100% Human Hair, after she wears them until they need to be shampooed, I usually take care of them for her. I followed the care instructions on the packaging and they lost the curl pattern upon washing them even using the proper products. I called and emailed the company with no response until 2weeks later and now I can’t return them! I will not be ordering any more wigs from this company!
