Poor communication
I sent them two emails and a message on their website requesting a invoice for my order and no one got back to me. As someone who does a lot of online shopping I like to keep invoices and Glam Touch lack of response was really disappointing. Unlike their other competitors who get back to me quickly I doubt I will use this company again.
