After my old boiler system failed last year, I contacted Paul from Glasgow Heating Solutions to remove the old system and install a new Worcester combi boiler and flue. I went to Glasgow Heating Solutions as I had been impressed with the work he'd done installing my daughter's combi system in her home as well as the subsequent annual services he provides to maintain your warranty.
Paul's workmanship is of the highest order, providing a quality service at a fair price. In all my dealings with him, I have found him to be reliable, highly professional and good-natured

Paul from Glasgow Heating Solutions fitted a new Worcester Bosch boiler for me. He's been great throughout - speedy response from Worcester website enquiry, reasonably priced estimate and then the job carried out on time, with minimum disruption (I work from home), in a tidy manner, friendly service and to a great standard. I had an issue with low flow of water into the property - Paul found a hidden valve inside one of the walls and had that fixed in minutes. Now if I put only one of my shower heads on its nearly like a pressure washer ;-). The other estimate I had, the company wanted to fit a pump in and never even considered that there may be a valve. I also had other plumbers look at it over the years to no avail - Paul really knows his stuff.

My boiler broke down, and I called Glasgow Heating Solutions. Paul came out the next day and fixed the boiler and a couple of radiators as well. Very pleased with the service.

As a single female living alone, I am always wary of tradesmen coming into my house. Paul and his colleague (so sorry forgot your name lol!) were more than accommodating. Both tradesmen made me feel at ease, great consistent communication throughout, and charges were made in a common sense approach.

The job ended up lasting a lot longer than any of us expected, partly my fault for not knowing where the motor (?) was stored, and just generally ancient back boiler that kept giving us more issues. Both colleagues were able to explain the issue, able to give me their opinion and most importantly the options that I have available. I think they felt bad because of so much was going on, so offered to do a boiler service on the house, this was great as it hasn’t been serviced in 3 years. My house was kept very tidy, and cleaned up as they went. They also gave me advice on my system and ways I can upgrade it without having to spend a fortune.

I honestly could not recommend them anymore, it was completely random that I found them, but so glad I did.

They did a really good job installing our boiler, which we had to do as an emergency. Clean, efficient and business-like.

First class, work completed in time stated all pipes removed and area tided. Would highly recommend Paul and his team.

GHS provided an exceptionally good service - fitting a new Worcester Bosch boiler.
They were quick to provide a competitive quote, offering different boiler options to fit home requirements and income capacity. Arriving promptly on day of fit, the engineer got straight to work, happily fielding my questions. They tidied throughout progression of works and ensured removal and recycle of old boiler. Engineer instructed me on the use of the new system, taking time to ensure that i understood how to use this prior to completion of works.
I highly recommend Glasgow Heating Solutions to anybody who wants to fit or maintain a Gas heating system.

Paul from GHS checked our boiler when it broke down just as lockdown restrictions were eased. He explained clearly what was wrong, explained the repair costs and, when asked, provided replacement info and cost. We opted to replace and the job was carried out quickly and efficiently. Paul arrived when he said he would and worked hard to get the job completed within the given time frame. He checked with us about our preferences regarding masks, gloves etc before coming to the house. We are very happy with our experience with GHS and have already had Paul back to fit a replacement shower. We felt the costs for both jobs were very reasonable. We will use GHS again and recommend to others.
