Thank you for taking the time to post your review we appreciate all feedback good and bad however on this occasion we had a technical issue with our online shop, when you make an order online emails are automatically generated one to yourself, one to our sales mailbox, one to my personal mailbox and one to our trust pilot account none of these emails where generated at the time of order. You texted me on the day of the fitting at 15.59 this is when we noticed that no confirmation emails were sent out over the weekend and I responded straight away with "Hi Raymond we've been having problems with email confirmations I don't have fitter available right now but as soon as one is back I will be right out to get you sorted" you replied with "Just cancel it."
Even although you contacted us late in the afternoon, we would have sent a fitter straight out as soon as one was available and your tyres would still have been fitted that day, it was your decision to cancel.

Yes, we have had a very good experience with Glasgow Mobile Tyres.
Having received a puncture whilst travelling on the M74, the tyre technican from Glasgow Tyres was prompt and professional and having purchased two new tyres we were back on the road within the hour.
We would recommend the Company for their work and service and price!

Brilliant Service
Efficient, professional and reasonably priced. Had two two tyres destroyed on the Clydeside Expressway due to a dislodged manhole cover. George came out the next day (Saturday) before the allotted time and replaced them with the specific brand. Even used a torque wrench which I have not seen any tyre fitter do unless asked.
Was allowed to pay using online banking and emailed me the VAT receipt.
