You will find there is a button at the top left side of the website, that toggles prices between Excluding VAT & Including VAT - if you toggle the button - this will display the finished price of each product - similarly - once you proceed to checkout, before payment is made - the full price including VAT will be displayed before purchase. Good guidance over the phone when I made my initial enquiry.
Order process straight forward.
Order advice re delivery accurate and timely.
Goods were damaged in transit - notified Glass Blocks / sent photos showing damage. Their response has been excellent - an apology and a defined plan to remedy the matter (just waiting for replacement blocks to arrive).
So, great service and I have no hesitation on recommending their business.
