Amazing service , after reading the reviews I was very sceptical about using this site but it was great , I ordered my Ralph Lauren prescription on the Thursday and received my glasses on the Saturday , saved over £200 for the same glasses in vision express
Big scam. Email doesn’t seems to work after you buy the product. No news about the delivery…
Be aware if you are ordering internationally. I ordered from Canada and got a $61 customs charge that the company should have covered, even though I paid for shipping fees and all. Their email was responsive but no help. Won’t be ordering from them again.
Be careful when purchasing from the “ie” version of their website. Despite the fact that euros are charged and the website has “ie” in the title, it is not based on Ireland and you will be subject to customs and VAT. Made my purchase very poor value for money. Beware.
What can I say could not be happier! Ordered 2 pairs of glasses on Wednesday they arrived Saturday morning! Thinned out lenses as well which normally take 7-10 days spoke to someone at customer services also very polite and knowledgeable. I was priced £270 at a well known high street opticians for a own brand frame and lenses ans a wait time of 2 weeks. I got 2 designer pairs from glasses station for less than that. Could not recommend enough excellent service and amazing product will 100% be recommending and returning thanks so much you have saved me a fortune and they look amazing on.
PRESCRIPTION GLASSES
Having been let down by a well know high street brand starting with 'V' who took 3 weeks to provide my glasses. I went online with Glassestation and placed my order at and received them the next day and far cheaper by some £200.!!!
When I ordered my glasses, it stated on the website and in my e mail confirmation that delivery was 4-6 working days. The glasses are now late! I contacted customer services to be told that my lenses have to be ordered and, therefore, it could be 3-10 working days! They told me that the lenses should be in by the end of this week, so by the time I receive the glasses it will still be over 10 working days from when I ordered! It will be nearly 3 weeks in total! NOT HAPPY!!
Excellent glasses at a very reasonable price, preferred delivery method was given, helpful customer service, will definitely use again
