This company sells the Cap Box and advertises on Google and Instagram. I placed an order several weeks ago and the item showed available. The company PROMPTLY charged my credit card for the order but nothing ever shipped out. Twenty-one days have passed and in that time I sent multiple messages via email and tried the chat bot on the site. They never even acknowledged me.
