We sincerely apologize that your experience has led to this feedback. Our goal is always to provide a positive experience, and we're sorry we've fallen short here.

Per the email thread where this was discussed, I see it was explained that it appears that the pendant was purchased on its own. Our pendants are sold separately and do not automatically come with a chain. However, many of our pendant pages offer the option to add a perfectly matching chain as part of a bundle at a discounted price, which can sometimes make the ordering process a bit confusing.

We followed up to also provide the pendant listing page where the chain options are offered and where they can be reviewed. Please feel free to let s know if you need anything else!
