At first I was greeted with generic customer service and automated responses but then Amelia stepped up and corrected the situation! I completed an order for a micro diamond tennis necklace & bracelet set for about $100. I then ordered a white gold micro rope necklace & matching bracelet & put it in my cart for a future order. I received the white gold micro rope necklace & matching bracelet instead of the micro diamond tennis necklace & bracelet.
My wife told me that she had a similar experience. You guys keep telling me that my order was correct when I k own what I originally ordered.
My order is beautiful & I refuse to pay to return the item so I guess I’m stuck with it, but I will not be buying from you guys again & neither will my wife.
