Excellent repair by Gledhill's Daniel Lee

I just had a call out from Daniel Lee for my water heater that had been out of action for several days. Daniel provided excellent service and explained fully what he thought the problem was and the potential risks given the age of the heater. He was polite, efficient and helpful. Great engineer visit

Ed Millar has been on site here at Bygate Court the last 2 days carrying out Health checks in Homeowners Apartments. Ed has been polite, professional and on time each day. He worked well navigating his way round accommodating the many requests! Thanks Ed, see you next year.

I moved into a new apartment and found…

I moved into a new apartment and found the hot water cylinder wasn't working. It's quite a complicated system that a lot of heating engineers wouldn't know about . I was left Gledhill's number by the previous owner and the came and fixed it straight away. I have now joined their annual service and call out contract and it's excellent value.

Absolute 5 stars

Absolute 5 stars. Brilliant service from Paul. It’s not everyday I get to speak to someone who is so helpful , demonstrates good listening skills and who is knowledgeable in his area of expertise… I really can’t speak highly enough of Paul Mitchell. He was so helpful , provided prompt responses and identified the root cause of the issue today in a timely and efficient manner.

I own several properties and in addition run a hmo which can be stressful at times. I don’t believe I’ve received this level of care and understanding previously from any organisation and be given advice on how to resolve this issue.

The Gledhill engineer was courteous and respectful. His work was tidy and efficient. Communication with Gledhill was good and their programming of work included a text message to notify us of the expected arrival time.

Exemplary Service, Above and Beyond- BIG Thank You

Gledhill Response have always maintained, repaired & serviced my parent's Pulsacoil hot water cylinder and the plumbing & electrics under their Complete Care package. They have always been helpful, prompt and reliable, providing value for money. But as I'm now selling my parent's flat, Paul W in customer services has gone above and beyond in sending me a list of all the services & replacements over the past 5 years, even searching out the installation & service certificates. What a 'STAR' and so kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Exemplary Service for which I'm very grateful. A Big THANK YOU Paul

dedicated and skilled

on the 17th march Aaron came to mend the boiler which was leaking. he worked for hours, renewing washers etc. Then he discovered there was still a leak underneath. This meant undoing the work he'd already done. Despite this, he did so, and after much patience and skill on his part, all the leaks were mended. I could not commend Aaron enough for his effort, skill, diligence and perseverance. He is a very valuable member of Gledhill workforce. Thankyou Aaron

Peter the engineer was professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable and did the job quickly and efficiently.

Annual service of Gledhill Boiler…

The engineer arrived at the arranged time. He was courteous & respectful both to me & my property. He was friendly & answered all my questions with explanations where necessary.

Extremely poor service

Extremely poor service. Repeatedly cancelling visits (within an hour of appointment time) to fix my elderly mother’s hot water boiler. Engineers arriving with wrong information on the job they were there for. Would not recommend this company at all
